Her dad is an Ongpauco owners of Barrio Fiesta and Singing Cooks & Waiters restaurants. Si Heart as a child would spend time sa restaurant nila. Kaya marunong sila magtrato ng staff.

Pero kahit siguro walang negosyo, naturuan naman sya ng magandang asal, kasi dapat yun nagsisimula sa bahay, tinuturo ng magulang. Di yung maghihintay pa ng 35yrs bago ma-realize na wala ka pala nun. Mabuting tao talaga to si Heart. One time yung kakilala ko need ng help for vet bills. I told her try niya i-message si Heart because she has a heart for rescues, ayun she paid the entire bill sa clinic. You don’t really hear about these things she does in secret kasi hindi pakitang tao ang good deeds niya. I love her for that.

ReplyDeleteSa tagal naming loyal guests/customers sa resto na yun, isang beses ko lang nakita si Heart dun with her family.
Medyo starlets level pa siya nun sa ABS and ginugroom pa si Heart after her weekly teen show with John Prats.
Mukha talagang maldita at suplada si Heart, pero I remember she was really nice to the employees/servers there, actually her entire family.
Hindi sila “paimportante” Dahil medyo busy rin during that time.
It’s been a long time since that incident so I don’t remember that much, but I will always remember how well and mannered she and her family treated that staff that day.
Nung papasok na Sila sa sasakyan sa parking lot, I’m not sure if it’s heart or one of her sisters, can’t remember, pero may 2-3 street children na lumapit sa Kanila. Hindi lang nila binigyan yung mga bata ng pera, talagang kinausap nila yung mga yun. I can’t hear them kasi nasa loob pa kami ng resto ng family ko. But I really felt their genuine care sa mga kids. Hindi lang bigyan ng pera na go agad.
Kaya kapag May issue kay Heart before about being Mataray, I know misconception lang yun because I’ve seen her treat “normal people” in person.

ReplyDeleteI saw Hearte twice . First , around 2009 . Nakasabay ko siya sa Rockwell cinema to watch best friends forever movie ni Sharon Cuneta at Aiai. Nasa harapan ko siya to get tickets ( kasama niya two girls) and siya pa yung nag hi and smile noong napalingon siya. napansin ko oh si Heart pala.( Kaya sabi ko, oh hi Heart :) and she said hello !:) with a big smile pa . Naka shorts and no make up at all, mabait Ang aura . Then second time na nakita ko siya sa airport lounge flying to LA , 2018 . Smiling and waving doon sa mga nag hi hi sa kanya . Natural yung kindness vibe niya . Just sharing ❤️
ReplyDeleteNag-guest siya sa school namin. Public College kame so wala kameng magarbong kemerut. Ni wala kaming proper stage haha. She performed a few. She's kikay, may pagka taklesa nga lang haha. Kasi tinanong nya bakit ganun itchura ng school namin haha (maybe out of curiosity kasi di nya naman naexperience magaral sa public school) But she is nice naman to people. She talks to us like a normal person, not an untouchable celebrity.

ReplyDeleteI was able to process her at the airport suddenly nag log yung computer ko for minutes and mahaba ang pila ko nun. She was patiently waiting and inantay ko if magtataray sya which is deserve nya kasi nag antay sya hindi ko sya naringan na nag stomp ng heels or nag pakita ng iritation. She was nice. In that simple gesture na hindi nagpakita ng irita malaking bagay na sakin yun.

ReplyDeletekaya nasasad ako pag binabash sya porket lavish lifestyle nya. kasi I have worked with her before like errand girl ako nun sa photoshoot yet she was nice and asked for my name + other staff din nung nag wrap up ng shoot. nag thank you and goodbye sya to everyone. tas nameet din sya ng friend ko for their school project nung VJ pa sya. Kahit students sila she was professional pero friendly pa rin when they interviewed her. My cousin naman was part ng staff during Heart's Balesin wedding. Tinatanong sila kung kumain na ba sila. Finally, the fact na she loves dogs no matter what breed. Sobrang laki ng influence nya to "adopt don't shop" for pet owners. Her pet Panda is testament to that.

I'm an elderly woman, but I like her kaya Lang nahiya akong lumapit sa kanya para magpa picurre. And ending siya ang lumapit sa akin, nagtanong Kung OK ako sinong kasama ko. She's genuinely nice.
