autoimmune diseases are usually life-long and very tricky to deal with. It's your own body attacking you.
Buhay talaga napaka unpredictable. May kanya kanya talaga tayong mga pasanin in life. I hope and pray for your recovery Madam Krissy. Ikaw pa din ang pinaka entertaining na tv host for me.
We love you, Kris! We are praying for your recovery, a quick and full recovery! We are hoping to see you life out your life actively and happy. You are part of my pinoy culture growing up, pinoy showbiz hasn't been the same with you away. I miss your wit, the way you interview, and how you are such a good role model for women to be strong, classy, and generous even to strangers.
Kris, all my prayers tomorrow goes your way. Please keep you faith. You are, together with the Aquino family, are my inspiration. Be still, Prayers do move mountain
Now, yung mga anak nya naman ang forced to grow up overnight dahil may sakit sya. Sana gumaling ka na, Kris.
5 years ago you'd never thought that she'll be in this situation. Marami magsasabi nakakaingit siya, financially blessed and all I guess what I'm trying to say is everything is fleeting. Enjoy yung moments na masasaya. Endure the sad ones. I sincerely pray that she'll be healed for the sake of his two boys. Pagaling ka Ms. Kris. Fighting!!
I dont care as much. Praaaaying for her and her kids. Sobrang charismatic ni Kris and to think i found her spoiled and disliked her before. When other families came into power though, narealize ko Kris is the best of them. Isa na sya sa pinakahumble and down to earth and not kapal like others.
I hope she feels better soon and get healed. Sa dami ng sakit nia and lots of meds not working, sana itry nia dn alternative.
Skin issues as a result of lupus po are not that rare. I myself have 3 auto-immune disorder and have the same skin condition as Kris. It can be tough. The rashes are unsightly and it is also difficult because sometimes they become a bit itchy and in some instances, chafed. These are also often coupled with other symptoms like lethargy and joint pains.
On the upside, she is still blessed that she has the means to get the medications she needs to alleviate the symptoms. In the Philippines, there are still folks who can't afford the medical help needed.
Please do pray for those with auto-immune disorders because there are rarely cures for them - just ways to alleviate the symptoms.
Nobody deserves this kind of pain, can you imagine you have to deal with this everyday, if you don't have strong personality you probably gave up. God will heal you kris in jesus name
urticaria and dermatographia - got them after my 2nd covid booster and i wouldn't wish them on anyone. buti nalang yung akin temporary lang. hoping Krissy will be better soon
At the height of her career in showbiz, the clout and power, at times bordering on power tripping, I was never a fan of her and her antics. But have much admiration for Cory and for what her family stood for. Now, whenever I hear news of Kris, her struggles with her health, seemingly endless challenges, I find myself often whispering a silent prayer for her and her boys. Please fight, overcome this and come back safe and well to us. I believe, once she does, we'll be seeing a better and much improved Kris. Banking on my faith to that.
It's hard kasi wala namang cure ang auto immune..not sure sana mali ako. Most of the time, immunosuppresants ang tini take to manage the symptom but kris's is especially hard...kahit steroid di gumagana 😭
I have the same condition po and yes, there is no cure. However, when you're diagnosed and get the medical help and meds to manage your illness, the prognosis can still be good naman po. Admittedly, there are challenges lang talaga. Also, because the rashes do show especially minsan, sa face talaga lalabas --- mahirap maitago.
Sobrang nakakaiyak.....napakabuting anak, ina, at kapatid ni Kris. Praying for your recovery, at sana bumalik ulit ang kalusugan mo. Dear God, please heal Ms. Kris Aquino of all her illnessess. Amen.
Goosebumps all over, reading what she went through and the possibility of having 2 more autoimmune disease. I hope doctors are able to find her a cure or at least something that could lessen the pain, so she can enjoy her usual life even just for a day
My niece had vasculitis went on prednisone high dosage amongst other expensive drugs. One of the drug were 90,0000 a vial and she needed 4. She was in the hospital over a month with different doctors and they are poor. I remember her being so itchy but did not know whether it was prednisone that caused it,. When you're poor you have no choice I guess when you are rich you can be picky. Cost almost a million pesos. Thank God we manage to pull some money. She went on remission for two years and then it came back, so back to prednisone and some other expensive drugs like cialis and another anti cancer drug luckily she did not went to the hospital and she is down to 2 mg of prednisone but still have to take those other drugs. I just think maybe rashes is one of the side effect with these drugs and she just needs to take another drugs to offset the side effect but I guess her body her choice.
Bravo! You DO SEEM TO know better than her docs. Also, the shade: "When you're poor you have no choice I guess when you are rich you can be picky." What kind of person sees the plight of someone like Kris A. And manages to see it negatively and still be critical instead of sympathetic? As if it is about her being just "picky."At this point, most regular, feeling, humans could say being poor and healthy is better than being rich and having one's money be useless in the face of so many illnesses. Heartless, soulless. May God convict you as you convict others.
You ignorant prick! May pa May God convict you ka pang nalalaman palibhasa you have no personal experience about this kind of disease. My niece had to take 80 mg of pred, immunosuppresant drugs, anti cancer drugs with all kinds of side effects that why she had so many doctors to keep track of her vital organs. She had rashes, she was so itchy, some of her fingers turned black like gangrene. The doctors actually suggested cutting her fingers off. Yes, she and all of us went through hell plus we worry about financial aspect. She had to take those drugs despite the side effects because there was no choice. And, yes all drugs have side effects. Even supplement have side effect. I just don't understand how her condition is not under control she's has access to the best doctors.
Please don't use God with your vindictiveness. Because, the God that I know is merciful. No one is perfect. If you think the other poster was judgmental so are you.
I have the same auto-immune disease (I have 3 as well) and the patches do appear on all over your body po talaga and it's not always because of a medical reaction to something you take. Auto-immune disorders are just that way and, in most cases, di rin po talaga madali ma pin down what causes the rashes. You have good days and you have bad days when you suffer from a flare and your rashes tend to be more pronounced than other days.
Anong di back up ng science? Nag aram din sila at considered doctor in that field.
Idol ko kasi si Miss Kris nakalakihan ko panoorin mga talk shows niya like Kri, Kris and Korina, Kris TV, Tonight With Boy And Kris,The Buzz...For me si Jris pa rin ang pinakawitty at matalinong host.
Naiyak ako. Lalo na dun sa promise nya kay Josh to go to Disneyland. As a parent of a child with special needs, ang habang buhay na worry ko ay who will take care of my child when I'm gone - with the same love, acceptance and patience during trying moments that only us parents of kids with ASD will understand.
Same sissy. I pray every day na sana mahaba buhay ko so I can care for my ASD kid too… haaayy virtual hugs. I don’t like Krissy that much but I’ll take her anytime instead if these so called influencers and social media people
ang tapang nya, I admire her for that, Sabihin nating may pera sya, pero the physical pain and emotional distress, iilan lang ang may ganyang tapang. Im praying for you and your kids.
My point was, I wonder if she tells the doctors to stop the medications or treatments when she starts getting side effect like rashes instead of just taking another medication to deal with the side effect. I am thinking she is being very picky. I think my niece was given anti histamine to deal with the rashes and itchiness. I remember her being so ichy and bloated. And, like I said in the previous post her side effect/disease was scary and so severe she had like gangrene on some of her fingers that doctors suggested to cut it off, . Luckily, my brother said to just let it be and praise God we did not let them cut it off because after months it started looking better and the black part started to feel out. We did not know and the doctors did not know how it was going to work out. Her doctor was learning as she was being treated. So, my point was we did not have much choice we had to do what the doctor said and push through regardless of the side effect because we can't afford to send her to USA, Singapore or whatever. Also, as much as my sister love posting on facebook with everything she could not even fathom to post the picture of my niece at that time because she feel so bad for her and how she looks. We did not know if she was going to make it.
Keep the faith, Krissy! So many of us are praying for you
