DeleteLesson to all to take care of yourselves. Sooner or later sisingilin tayo ng katawan natin. We can’t always say, “pag oras mo na, oras mo na” we have to make an effort to take care ang sarili natin for our loved ones. My father got sick and passed away recently because of his lifestyle. I cant help but blame myself na sana pinigilan namin sya sa lifestyle nya, nandito pa sana sya.

"Death is not random," sabi ni Anita Moorjani, isang nag near-death experience at pinag-usapan ang case niya (she "died" of late-stage cancer, had NDE, and when she came back her cancer's gone too). I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013, and forged friendships with 6 others na nag cancer din. Ako na lang ang natitirang buhay ngayon not because I am stronger, but maybe because it's not yet my time. Hindi rin ako nag chemo, it's purely God's providence and Holy Will.

If we truly care for our loved ones and honor God alagaan natin sarili natin para kahit time mo na wala kang iblame or regret at alam mong aalis ka na ginawa mo best mo at di mo pinabayaan sarili mo. Alam mong inalagaan mo bigay ni Lord. Mas maganda pa din mag ingat at magpahalaga ng sarili.

DeleteKapag na-ICU ka na at nakalabas ka ng maayos at cnabi sau ng doctor na mag-rest sundin mo at kung may pera ka magpa-executive check up ka Sa kilalang hospital para magkaron ka ng second opinion. Baka di na -detect yung brain aneurysm niya nung nauna cya na-hospitalized.
