    4. 8.06 you have no idea how Viva works. magaling sila mag-hype but they are not the best ppl to work with. I doubt kung makaka-penetrate sila internationally just like how KPop does.

  4. GO MAHALIMA! πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™

    1. Sa Korea po sila nagtrain

    2. You'd be surprised, palaki na ng palaki ang PPop industry. Madami ng PPOP groups! NCCA, music labels, talent agencies recognize PPOP as an industry already! Madami pang magdedebut na groups, you'll see!

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Kung ndi mo alam history ng group, yes you’ll feel that way. Pero check their song “WHAT”. Napakita naman nila dun ung difference nila as PPOP group (not Kpop).

POP is a universal genre and should not always be associated to koreans.

      Delete
    3. At 1223 yan din una ko comment sa kanila but when i saw them sa eat bulaga I focused on their music na. They are really good at what they do. Maganda din lagi song themes nila.

      Delete
    4. Luh? Tagal na may ganyan. Nauso pa nga Spice Girls, BSB, N’Sync etc. Gusto mo pumunta pa tayo sa Jackson 5. Pop is Popular Music & merong magiging magkamukha talaga.

      Delete
    5. Kpop is also inspired by American pop, jpop and cpop.

  11. Most of the P-pop groups were trained under the K-pop industry style. It's just a tool to showcase more of our local talent on a broader sphere. They've been around since 2018, went viral in 2019. For the most part, I bet you saw all the ads they have. That's how bankable they are.

    2. Koreans have the tools, machineries, and knowledge regarding pop music so it is an advantage na sila ang nag train but, nevertheless, home-grown filipinos has the talent which is at par with other international artists and ,moreover, they're in the middle of establishing their own identity in that cutthroat industry. Regarding kung sinong nag train sa kanila, they are bringing the filipino brand along with them wherever they go

  12. Go Atin Mahalima ❤️❤️❤️

They write their own songs and choreograph it too. different sa kpop or boybands na very manufactured. At syempre, vocals ang galing

    ReplyDelete
  14. Good for them! This song's meh though. I'd heard a song that had Filipino (or mixed?) lyrics which was a lot better than this. Whether they're K-Pop or P-pop, singing in their own language is far better. And yes, I'm talking about BTS. I adore them, but their English songs were among their worst.

    1. Baka you’re not the market for it. But it’s for the broader English-speaking market na hindi open sa language na hindi nila kilala. I get it though na better parin yung ibang songs nila. But Where You At is supposed to be a song that reels you in lang sa group & then from there you’ll enjoy their better songs.

  18. It's about time we change and discard our acquired colonial mentality. Yes, we can appreciate foreign artists but let's make a concerted effort to support our very own Filipino artists. Especially those with outstanding talents like SB19.

    2. 2:08 Baka dun ka napadpad sa mundo ng trolls which is not representative of the rest of the fandom. Hindi mo lang talaga maaalis na SB19 is paving the way. Kumbaga Kuya talaga sila sa PPop so respeto nalang sa lahat mapa fan or hindi.

  19. Sana nman wag ng nega ang iba dyan, just be proud and support their kababayan whose aim also is for our Pinoy Talents to be known if not worldwide, globally. Blood, sweats and tears din ang puhunan nila to achieve that goal and dream.

  22. Mababaw man, pero they have an edge in conversing in English if they want to really conquer the US and some other countries.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Puro chaka silang SB19 kaya flop talaga ang Ppop. Sobrang yabang pa ng fans ng SB19 lagi nilang nilalait ibang Ppop groups.

    3. 6:15 to each his own na lng. Madami na napatunayan ang group nato so we should learn to give credit when its due. Mag US Tour at Billboard songs muna kayo bago pra malaman nyo pinagdaanan nila. im just stating facts mga teh.

  26. I still find North Asian fashion/style is not a good mix with Southeast Asian features. No matter how much plastic surgery they do. I hope their management would find a look that would be a good fit for Southeast Asians.

  28. I'm sorry maganda boses nila pero walang face value. Wala rin x factor. Trying hard to be a kpop Ang mga itsura at porma.

  29. Daming hater dito. Haha dedma rin ako dati sa SB19 because of their K-leaning aesthetic. But na-outgrow na nila yun. Pantay na sila mag foundation hahaha.

Talent-wise, lalo if you watch yung mga live nila, angat talaga sila sa vocals. Excited ako for them!
