Award-winning actress Nadine Lustre has said that she has no problem working with former boyfriend James Reid for future projects.
“We will see. We don’t know what to expect. That’s what I’ve been telling everyone. If it’s a good project, why not? I’m a very collaborative person. Hindi naman kami magka-away,” said Nadine, when asked about possible collab with James, despite the breakup, during the press conference for her upcoming horror flock “Deleter,” an official entry to the 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival, held at Vertis North in Quezon City on Nov. 22.
But Nadine has a special message to diehard fans who are still hopeful that she and James will reunite as sweethearts. “2023 na po. It’s time for us to start a new chapter.”
Nadine and James broke up in January 2020 after four years of being together.
James is currently based abroad where he manages the career of Kapamilya star Liza Soberano and engaged in other projects.
The Urian best actress awardee is the rumored girlfriend of French businessman Christophe Bariou who is based in Siargao.
Nadine said she is so proud of her latest movie, her first horror film. “This is one project that I can say I’m really proud of. It’s different from the other projects I’ve done because this is my first full-length horror movie.”
Asked what took her so long to accept a horror movie, Nadine: I guess I just waited for the right project. A lot of my projects are drama and rom-com. Hindi talaga nangyayari yung horror film. But I’ve been vocal about wanting to do other genres like action films, horror.”
On looking good and stunning these days, Nadine commented: “I’ve learned to enjoy life to the fullest. Life is hard but we have to learn to go with the flow. I don’t stress out and chill lang talaga ako lately.”

DeleteDi naman kasalanan ng mga artista yan. Ang malala, maraming incompetent politicians na paulit ulit binoboto ng mga tao. Mga politicians na sana makatulong para ma iangat buhay ng mga mamamayan pero sila lang talaga yumayaman. Whereas yung mga bumuboto naghihirap pa din.

DeleteIn fernez very civil ang sagot ni nadine, walang bitterness. Open parin siya mag katrabaho si James. Kitang kita contented and at peace siya sa life niya ngayon. She can talk about their relationship/lt without hurting fans, something James hasn’t mastered. Yung interview niya about lt culture was him basically saying he was forced to date his lt partner🙃

ReplyDeleteI love Nadine. Walang filter kung magsalita at lagi may substance. I saw vid of Robi talking about how intelligent Nadine is. Nakausap nya daw ng matagal-tagal and maalam daw talaga. Tama ang disposisyon ni Nadine kung may magandang progect for her and James eh di why not diba? Isa ako sa nilo-look forward na mangyari yon.
