The tension could have been real. However, things moved slowly and the feelings might have dissipated. Talented Female (TF) shot into fame because of her talents in several aspects that could make one a household name. Having a popular former lover added to her recognition as well. Alas, that relationship did not last, but TF persevered with her career and moved on.
When Eligible Lad (EL) met TF, they realized they had many things in common. Both were well-educated, articulate, and service-oriented. TF was smitten with EL, and signs were there that he might be interested in her, too. However, as time passed, their directions were moving away from each other.
EL and TF found themselves targets in the eyes of observers. Thus, any moment they were seen together in public resulted in a social media explosion. The attention was overwhelming. Consequently, while many were in favor with them as each other’s forever, such notion remained fleeting. At least, on EL’s part.
EL chose his path and as a man of honor, geared his life towards his promise. Pursuing love became secondary. This decision thus placed TF in the non-priority list. However, TF remained visible, making some observers start to label her as trying hard to win EL’s attention and affection. Apparently, TF made sure her endeavors were aligned with EL’s plans.
The question now is if TF will succeed in winning over EL. But then, his focus is too firm to be distracted by anything that is not part of his plan. Will love win over ambition later?

ReplyDeletePag gusto ka talaga nang isang tao hindi Mu kailangan magpa ka desperado para lang sa attention. Pag gusto ko talaga, gagawa at gagawa din yan ng paraan para sayo kahit gaano pa kabusy. Pero pag wala parin, awat na. Just be yourself. Ask nyo mga tropa nyong mga lalaki or brother nyo kung panu or anu ginagawa nila pag gusto tlga ang isa tao kahit busy sila sa career nila. Imagined 3 years ago na link sila tapos ngaun wala parin.

ReplyDeleteIf I were G I would distance myself from V! Give him time to think/ponder kung ano halaga ko sa buhay niya. Sabi nga diba "absence makes the heart grow fonder". Try a differ approach. Hindi gumana paghahabol niya mag pamiss naman siya. If kahit yun di parin effective kay V give up na lang siya. Hindi talaga siya ang type.
ReplyDeleteNaku I don’t find G on V’s pursuit. He has too many responsibilities and he is very focused on his endeavour. He might meet someone later when he’s ready let’s just hope she will be a good pair for him.
