kulang pa ata yung description. convicted businessman on malversation over the release of P23.47 million in town funds for a public market that was never constructed.
You clearly miss the point te. He isn't credible because he's been in jail before so whatever credibility he had before was already lost. The other one still has to prove it.
He went to jail because they beat him up for the crime he is accused of committing.. How does that take away credibility as a witness? Your logic doesn't compute.
Politicians who were convicted of graft/corruption have NO credibility to serve the public faithfully - ergo, they shouldn't even be eligible to run again, and yet how many of those are sitting in power in the Philippines??
Yung description is like saying, tell me you’re not credible without telling me you’re not credible! Hahaha Jusko, eh may ibang kaso na din tong convict na to di ba?
Ang lolo mismo ni Deneice na lawyer din ay gusto ng amicable settlement. So anong ibig sabihin nyan? Na sya mismo naniniwalang tagilid kaso ng apo nya kase unang una wala talagang rape na naganap.Ganern!
It doesn't mean that. It may be that legally he believes the evidence at hand isn't strong, and as a Lolo, maybe he's concerned about the emotional toll it's taken on her all these years.
Omg it's payback time
