    1. Depende pa din sa tao, paano kung Walang masasabihan , maka kausap, mahirap mag isa pero kailangan lumaban . Nasanay nalang ako siguro na sarili ko nalang ang dinedependehan ko as long as Hindi ko pa sina sagot yung sarili ko kapag kinakausap ko yung sarili ko I guess I’m still ok.

    2. Only you can help yourself..pray, have a hobby like knitting or crochet, it’s therapeutic or get in touch w/ old friends, write, draw or paint, read, go hiking so many thjngs to do. Don’t let anxiety or depression conquer you or you’ll be the loser.

    3. 1:23 Ultra-independence is a sign of unhealed trauma. I can't blame you because I've been there but teaching yourself to lean on others will help A LOT. You're not supposed to be alone, we were created to be a part of community.

I had friend of mine for a very long time na everytime i open up to him (we’re gays btw) after ng convo namen sa chat (na sa saudi kasi ako , sa pinas siya) may pa financial favor ang acla kaya minsan sina sarili ko na lang din hindi din nmn kasi ganon ka close ng sister ko at hindi nmn ganon kalaki ang circle of friends ko, another one of my closest friend died of covid last year and my mom the year before due of heart attack kaya para din akong mapapraning dito ☹️

    2. Tao tayo girl walang taong hindi namomroblema. Keso mayaman o mahirap… nasa nagdadala lang yan pero wag sarilinin ang problema humingi ng tulong kung kinakailangan.

    4. Walang pili po yung problema. Lahat tayo tinatamaan. Diff lang ng rich at poor ay yung kakayahan magpagamot. Those who cannot afford seek desperately for cures (damn resilience ugh) and those who can waste the opportunity and resources (some). Kaya wala po talaga pili yung problema.

    5. 11:58 she had to go through a pressure cooker environment to achieve what she has now though, kaya di din surprising na she ended up with mental illness.

  10. Thank you, Pia. I was clinically diagnosed too with major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder and panic attack. My trigger is the from a toxic boss. Nasa environment kami ng sigawan, naninigaw siya na hindi valid, namamahiya and all. Kapag nagmemeeting kami, kinakabahan ako n nagprogress yun sa hindi na ako makahinga kapag nagsisisigaw siya

    Some friends invalidate what I feel and say, Buti nga ikaw may trabaho. Or at least masaya naman kayo sa pamilya. Or pasok lang sa isang tenga. Or worse, they’d say nasa utak lang yan.

    So what I learned is empathy. You wouldn’t really know what mental health issue unless you’ve had for yourself. There’s no instant switch to turn off the state of being anxious or depressed

    So thank you for sharing awareness to your platform

    3. Hugs with consent 12:48. I hope you're feeling better now. I hate it when you're sharing something and people are invalidating your feelings. People na akala mong susuporta sayo :( My (undiagnosed) narcissistic mother does this.

    4. virtual hug 1248 same trigger here, toxic boss and working environment. taking my meds alr3ady and ubfortunately, lifetime treatment na siya. meds na ang kailangan for clinical depression not just kausap or prayer. strong support system of course.

  11. What helped me is reflecting on the scriptures and daily and I also try to look for that pockets of joy and simple blessings that God scatters every day. Another is being with others. The more you isolate and live in your own thoughts, the worse it will be.

  13. I knew something was off 6 months into her reign. Medyo nagkalat at erratic sa socmed si Pia noon. Living alone in New York must've been overwhelming and the anxiety showed on her socmed posts. Ang dami din nyang bashers that time.

  14. Good to see Pia sharing about her journey - the PH has a long way to go towards normalizing mental health as something that affects everyone at some stage in life. There are still so many small minded POVs in the PH - even among educated people, surprisingly.

  15. Yung nasayo na lahat pero may mental health battle ka parin. I agree on that part, naalala ko i usually get what i want talaga with parents before, then i requested a car for myself and i got it, at first super saya. But at the end of the day youll realized na yung akala mo magpapasaya pala.sayo like material things temporary happiness lang talaga.

  18. As I grow older, one thing that always keeps me motivated, it's Charles Darwin's Theory of "Survival of the Fittest".

    All of us have weak sides but as an individual? we must conquer what it is, and that is our fight o personal struggles that only we can face and solve.

    The same thing fighting with the demons inside us, the fight that no one can help us but ourselves itself.

    It's like before loving others, we should love and know more about ourselves first.

    May the strongest individual on earth lives!
