There are so many free international courses online. You won't get a diploma but depending on your area of study, you can supplement your education and skills.
11:44 PM - I'd like to give Lyceum profs the benefit of the doubt. Pretty sure if he appeared in any of the big 3 unis, he will be largely ignored or treated just like any outsider by the students (I probably wouldn't recognize him outside of Fashion Pulis) and profs .
