    1. That's what I was gonna say. Kelangan tuloy lang yung workouts nya,modified of course, para maka-bounce back agad yung katawan nya after giving birth. Look at Iya Villana. Tsaka big girl talaga cya, she worked hard to loose the excess pounds sayang kung papabayaan yung progress

    3. True! Nung first pregnancy ko sobrang jumubis talaga ako dahil laps kung laps at ayaw kong magworkout. Nahirapan ako magpapayat took me 2 years! After ilang years nabuntis ako ulit minaintain ko workout ko with my doctor’s permission, ate healthy.. tumaba ako while pregnant pero pagkapanganak ang bilis ko na lose my pregnancy weight.

  6. Exercise is highly encouraged while pregnant. Unless contraindicated (like delicate pregnancy at pinag bed rest ng OB) go lang.

  7. Naku hirap nyan buntis ka tapos mag exercise. Kami noong araw hindi kami nagkikilos masama yan magkilos.

    1. 12:29 only if sensitive ang pregnancy, but nowadays it is encouraged you exercise and not live a sedentary lifestyle if your health permits. Under supervision of your doctor naman yan plus she has a trainer, so many professionals around her naman.

  9. First pregnancy, high risk because of her age, I wouldn't risk being sexy Iza. Pede naman magworkout na lang after giving birth

    1. Yan tayo eh pag exercise sexy lang ang goal? Diba pwedeng yung health benefit ang importante dun? Kahit naman mag exercise si Iza ngayon di siya magiging "sexy" buntis nga eh. Kung titingnan mo ang exercise niya yung traget area si yung sa pelvic meaning kinukundition nila yung pelvic area ni Iza para malakas ang uterus niya. Prone ang buntis sa complications kung nakahiga lang so kung di naman pinagbabawal ng doctor niya na mag exercise edi mag exercise at seeing Iza alalay naman siya at supervised ng trainer at mukhang yung program na binigay sa kanya ni trainer is para sa buntis

    2. girl you can't just categorize "high risk" pregnancy just because of age may mga babae talaga na sadyang healthy ang lifestyle kaya kahit sabihing may edad keri pa rin. Yes age can be a factor , but not major factor major factory is always the health condition of the pregant woman eh kung age lang ang basehan ung sana wala nakukunan sa mga babaeng nagbubuntis ng early 20s

    3. Doctor yarn? LOL sa hitsura ni Iza since nag announce siya ng pregnancy niya nakitaan mo ba siyang "high risk"? Eh super travel nga silang mag asawa eh . Hindi ipopost ang ganyang videos kung di naman siya pinayagan ng OB niya

  11. Some women are encouraged to exercise. iba iba ang pregnancy. this is specially true kung prone sa diabetes. When I was pregnant, I even had to diet! Imagine! Very limited ang rice at puro steamed food lang pwede ko ulamin dahil nagka gestational ako.

  12. Hay kaiinggit naman talaga mga celebs may time pa mag exercise. Im also pregnant pero wala na time kasi working pa tapos may mga anak pa na naghihintay. Ibobonding ko na lng sa iba kong anak at asawa, at pahinga from work yung natitirang free time.

  13. Bakit mas gusto nila pahirapan sarili nila. May mga mas safe nman na exercise eh gaya ng walking, swimming, pwede din biking habang kaya pa

  16. Hindi ba yan nakakatakot ang ginagawa nya. I am all for execises while pregnant kasi kaylangan tlaga yan para madaling manganak pero wag nman mabibigat or medyo rigid execuses. Maski pa allowed ng doktor mo, minsan hindi mo tlaga alam.

  17. This is risky. But I’m sure the doctors know na nothing too strenuous. Stretches and watching what you eat would be great. I discontinued lifting weights during my first pregnancy.

    1. Nope. Yung bawal lang na sports/activity are those that may cause significant abdominal trauma like contact sports, diving because of the risk of the bends. As long as within the moderate level of exertion and it's something she has been doing before, pwede. - From a medical doctor who specializes in exercise
