Bata pa kasi at medyo skinny pa at his age. But he is starting to fill out and getting buffed, ganda pa ng height. He is going to be one good looking guy.

12:39 mabilis lng naman magpagawa ng bahay kung may budget ka. Tuloy tuloy lang ang gawa. Depende sa laki ng bahay. Yun pinagawa nga ng mother in law ko na three storey house pero average size lang na floor area in 8 months tapos na kasi tuloy tuloy gawa kasi wala problem sa budget, pandemic pa nun.
