  2. Well said.

  3. I think it's just an isolated oopsie incident. I hope they will just retrain the staff and not fire whoever did that.

  4. I side on Julius kahit medyo tavky yung pag deliver nya ng issue. Never settle for less and never tolerate kesyo pagod lang sa trabaho etc. We all know na madaming incident na nangyayari na ganito like kung ano ano nakikita sa pizza pero pag ordinary citizen ang nag reklamo di nila pinapansin

  5. I like Julius naman though posting it on social media is power trip. Alam nyang it will create clout and pag uusapan sya. Last resort na kasi yung social media kung ginawa mo na lahat and hindi ka pinapansin sa reklamo mo.

    1. Agree, last resort na dapat ung social media. Pwede naman maayos sa private na usapan. Even the best of us have shortcomings.

    2. Or his post could have helped shed light to the weakness of Shakey’s.

Perks of being famous.

    1. Not really.

    6. Hindi naman kasing nipis ng 1/4 pad paper yung thin crust nila way back noh.

    7. I prefer thin crust from thick.

  13. I find Julius Babao medyo arogante.
May mali naman talaga sa Shakeys kaya dapat makorek kasi the customer is always right.

  14. Di ako updated but did julius try to communicate with shakey’s muna? Kasi as a nobody, nag try na ako mag reklamo twice in diff companies thru DM. 1.) about canned fruits na may stem pa that could have been a choking hazard and 2.) about wrong sized lasagna but isa lang ang size ng lalagyan nila so it’s hard to justify the complaint (so I weighed it instead lol). Both times I got compensated. Got more than what I paid for pa nga. If Shakey’s statement is this professional, I don’t think deadma lang sila if this was raised to them even by a regular citizen through a private message.

  15. Used to order from Shakey’s and got their loyalty card for 7 years.

While we live somewhere south, issue we had was late deliveries but was never free because we know it will be charged on the rider or restaurant, used to settle for vouchers or freebies on next orders.

Moved somewhere east, most deliveries if not all were failed. Only issue is - pizzas always on messy state upon opening because toppings were on the pizza box/lid/cover.

They sent replacement but on same state. Told them we’re not after to be compensated, rather to have decent food because my kid appreciates their Hawaiian.

Didn’t renew card last May and will not order delivery anymore.

Shakey’s used to be my go to delivery for all occasions, sending to friends and family birthdays.

my kid was disappointed on her last Hawaiian pizza and didn’t crave for it anymore.
