    2. Create a different pageant for MRS. UNIVERSE.

Pati boundary for single women competing sa beauty pageants, inaagawan rin. Ano ba yan.

      Delete
    3. Nyakkkkk e di Mrs Universe na yan kaloka! May iba naman pageant for Misis ano baaaa!

    4. Yes it is for clout. Always been.

      Delete
    5. True. Gaya ng Miss World matagal na silang may bukod na Mrs. World

      Delete
    6. That means parang sila na din ang gumawa ng rules for national pageants, di ba sa mga national pageants ng bawat bansa ang isinasali dyan

      Delete
    7. Wow it's just a beauty pageant and the opinions here are so extreme 😂 what's so wrong with a married 20 something woman competing with single 20 somethings in a beauty pageant?

If this was something like changing the weight classes or experience level in sports I would understand because of unfair advantages. But this is a BEAUTY PAGEANT 😂

  2. Dislike! Nasobrahan na ang pagiging politically correct.

      Delete
    2. Tama! How about senior citizens na may asim pa? Isama nyo na lahat kaloka tutal gusto nyo universal lahat isali nyo! Wala na rin vital statistics! Isali lahat ng big women at skinny! Wla na pong sasantuhin

    3. 9:28 that is true. Even comedy is not the same, comedians cannot make a joke anymore without getting bashed

      Delete
    4. Sa intoduction maririnig na natin yung married with three children, mga ganun

      Delete
    5. Correct. Iba ibang category nga eh, pwede sila gumawa ng Mrs. Universe, Ms. Transgender, Ms. Universe. Mas palakihin nila yung brand nila by expanding different categories.

They want to “respect everyone” by including every single sector or society to be politically correct. This a construed interpretation ng equal opportunity for pageants.

    6. Miss Karambola na.

      Delete
    7. Dapat ilagay on different category.Mrs Universe,Miss Transgender Universe,Ms Fat Universe.Etc.lahat ng Universe.

  3. I really think its high time na to let go of these "beauty pageants".

    1. Korek ka jan dzai. Last kong panood ng beauty pageant was yung kay Catriona. After that wala na. Syado nang overrated ang mga beauty pageants.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Ginawa nang woke Ang contest anubayan

    ReplyDelete
  7. This is soooooo wrong

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  10. Dapat Misis Universe.I dont understand.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Baka papalitan na ang title. Gagawin nang "Woman of the Universe", something like that. Kasi hndi na bagay ang "Miss". Or baka pampa-ingay lang nila

    ReplyDelete
  12. Nyek. Exagg naman na. Kaya nga may sari sariling pageants diba

    ReplyDelete
  13. Not impressed… Not a good move. Bye MU.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Dati pag married or may anak out of wedlock- dethroned agad! Iba na talaga ang kalakaran ngayon !

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  16. Dapat payagan rin nila yung taga ibang planeta sumali tutal Miss Universe naman yan.

    ReplyDelete
  17. So dapat Ms / Mrs. Universe na yan?

    ReplyDelete
  18. Bakit parang p**n ung photo ni miss India lol

    ReplyDelete
  19. Sana nanalo n dati p c mirriam qiambao

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  21. Sana age limit nalang ang tanggalin, or at least i-adjust sa mas mataas huwag na yang may asawa kasi meron namang Mrs. Universe for them.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Pwede pa siguro single mom or solo parent kasi di sila pasok sa MRS if in case di sila kasal.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Oh please! The pageant is named MISS Universe and not mrs. universe or mother universe for a reason. Come on!!!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Pinagbigyan ang wokes as if naman they watch the show. Mga mema lang talaga!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Not against mothers but sana imaintain nila yung standard ng ms U. Next thing you know kahit sino nalang pwede ng sumali ng Ms U

    ReplyDelete
Also, what’s with the uproar sa comments section? Nakakabawa ba sa pagkatao nila ang pagiging single / unwed mother or separada? Enlighten me, please.

    ReplyDelete

      Delete
    2. Ang Miss U kasi is being featured as a model for an ideal lady and an ambassador of goodwill. At, ang dalaga ideally won't be sexually involved until married. Single mom/separated is now a norm.

But well, I'm just stating how it had been before. Now obviously it's different. Kanya kanya ng standard, whatever floats your boat.

      Delete
    3. Finally a sensible comment.

      Delete
    4. 4:39 name a Ms Universe winner in the recent years that you can guarantee is a virgin. My goodness, times have changed and a woman's civil status is no longer a measure of worth/goodness.

      Delete
  27. This is too much na! From trans to this! Sorry! Meron naman pageant for married women e!

This is too much inclusivity!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Malamang meron yan. Either sikat or married to a billionaire siguro. LOL!

      Delete
  31. Enough of the inclusivity. Why not organize a different pageant fit for them like Mrs. Universe?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. There is actually Mrs. Universe already. Hindi lang matunog masyado

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  35. Dami pa din makaluma dito lol remember yung sagot ni Miss Botswana at Miriam Quiambao?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. 12:34am... had miriam delivered her answer confidently and eloquently, she would have won. botswana winning it didnt mean she was right in every way and every word. ano yun during reign hindi puwede ang disiplina at restraint kasi youre enjoying your "femeninity"?... and ano yun after nanganak ka, iiwanan mo ang baby mo para gampanan ang responsibilities as a mother.

there is time for every thing and you need to commit yourself to something you pushed yourself into in the first place.

and there is nothing more that will compare or match - a crown, cash prize, privilege or responsbility- than taking care of the child you bear... so relinquish your title, let another single girl, your runner up assume your job, and be there for your child.

      Delete
    2. With Miriam Quiambao, her real answer is different from her actual answer. Her answer should have been, give up the crown to embrace motherhood, because she believed bearing and rearing a child is more important than being Ms. Universe. Pero she changed her answer and stuttered kasi she didn't want to be thought of as judgmental to single mothers. Yun yung sinabi nya when she went back to UST after the pageant and spoke with her former professor there. Pero wrong time lang si Miriam.

  36. Wala na, lahat na sasali! Wala ng mystery, hindi na special. Kung sino sino na lang

    ReplyDelete
  37. Ba yan. Ano next, senior citizen 😅

    ReplyDelete
  38. Too woke for wokeness

    ReplyDelete
  39. Mas okay pala nung si Donald Trump pa ang may-ari neto, talagang strikto, may standards pa ngayon ang gulo-gulo na andaming mga pakulo, dramarama, ka ek ekan and all these cheap stunts and really this pageant is getting cheaper by the day.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Bakit ganyan maka-react kapwa kong babae. "Too much wokeness?" At the end of the day, pageant lang yan at fun lang dapat, hindi kailangan ng rigorous reqmts that were put up by men in the first place.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Then it's not a pageant after all kung lahat kasali na. A contest is supposed to have rules, it's not supposed for everyone but only a chosen few. Wag kang masyadong emotional. Gamitan mo din ng logic. This is not putting down women.
Let me give you a perfect example: In Japan, they have a law which requires companies to promote 5% of women to managerial position despite not having the skill, experience, and qualifications. Do you think that's fair for female employees who are more competent and potential to be be managers? And by the way, some women who are qualified don't want to get promoted. Why? Because they are mothers. It would be difficult to juggle between being a mom and a manager. Kaya the management will just promote any woman for that matter.

      Delete
    2. 2:19 A pageant is defined as a public entertainment. Public entertainment hindi public office. And that law is Japan is a much-needed step towards in the right direction owing to the fact that women have been passed on for promotions and have been held back precisely because they had to take time off to take care of the family.

      Delete
    4. No one takes pageants seriously. If this really was a BEAUTY pageant. It will be a European/ South American that would win yearly.

      Delete
    5. 2:19 sus sabihin mo na lang ayaw mo umabante ang babae and let's call it a day

      Delete
    6. 11:32 there's a lot of pretty Asians and Africans that join the pageant. If anything, they are just as pretty as the Europeans and South Americans. Please stop with the colonial mentality.

      Delete
    7. 1226 ang kitid ng utak mo, jusko. Not 219

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  42. I can understand single mother/divorced women getting accepted in the Miss U pageant, but not married women. Isn't there Mrs Universe Pageant already?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Korek. Yan din naisip ko. Unless of course ipatira din family nila dun sa NYC. If not, u know what happens next. Not wishing though but yung single winners nga nagkahiwalay sa mga jowa... oh well.

      Delete
    2. I think choice na nya yun 2:35 kung paano niya aayusin setup ng buhay nya while juggling the crown and her child. Others can have older kids by the time they joined the pageant. But still, they really have to think through with this. Kasi di ko magets yun inclusivity nila for Mrs. To join.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  45. Ang corny. Why not just have a separate Mrs Universe dba

    ReplyDelete
  46. Bat ang daming galit? Being a mother shouldn’t be the end of someone’s dream. Parang dinegrade nyo nman mga babae porket may anak

    ReplyDelete
  47. Lol, wait what?! Sige na ilahat nyo na, kung talaga isinasapuso nyo ang inclusivity, don't forget the other categories, at dapat not gender-biased, yan kasi pinopromote ngayon, so dapat may mga straight men narin dyan lol!

    ReplyDelete

MU stop this nonsense.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  51. Im not surprise! Trans nga ok lang sa kanila. Not against sa kanila kasi member din ako ng lgbt.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Tigilan na lang yang kacheapan na beaucon. May existing Mrs Universe na nga. Hay naku.

    ReplyDelete
  53. So much for being inclusive. This generation is turning to be OA snowflake!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Nahiya pa. Toda na. Isama na rin mr. Universe sa miss u. Haha

    ReplyDelete

Outdated and obsolete.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Makes no difference anyway. The days of pageants are numbered. It’s too cringeworthy and embarrassing.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Then no more age limit so that even senior citezens can join for all around Ms Universe ....push that also. Grrrrrrrrr!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Yes, at last I can compete too. I’m married, short, chubby and old-ish.
