  3. Thanks for the promotion, but it does not convince VC to drop his charges against both of you. It is what it is.

    2. 11:29 same sentiments. Si Maggie all she talks about ay yung “conjugal property” like may contribution siya. Alam naman niya na wala ni singko. Pero yung anak niya for so long wala sakanya. Pareho silang talo. Kawawa anak nila sakanila.

Walang bukambibig yun nung nawalay sa anak nya kundi “my children! My children!”

    11. 416 baks, ASAWA C MAGGIE. May contribution o wala, she is entitled half of everything they have nung mag asawa sila. Jusko, hindi mo ba kuha yun? Nasanay kasi sa Pinas na ipaubaya nlang. Nope! Ang batas ay batas. Diba kapag under 7yrs old ang anak, automatically nasa nanay yan.

    7. It is a social issue.

Shokotz ba?? Sa tingin ko kapag kinulong ka ni Victor sa Ph only then will public sympathy outpour for you, girl. I also don’t think it will win points for Victor in your son’s eyes. Imagine, the Headline: Heartless billionaire husband puts innocent wife to jail on false adultery charges.
What do you think of that strategy, kesa you fleeing from it makes you look more guilty.

    ReplyDelete

    1. I agree, bailable ung charges niya she can post bail the moment she lands. She can actually change her narrative fight the cases filed against her in person and also file a VAWC case instead making these all public through social media. She might even get the sympathy of the public although that should be the least of her worries.

Not sure sino kausap nila pero in business, rarely do I experience things being held up for something as personal as this. Madalas pa nga there is a separation of professional from personal.

    5. I do think businesses will do that. They run risk analysis so they do care. Lalo na if may potential that you may go against someone from a big conglomerate. Even more so if that someone is vindictive . We've seen before how V used his company to go after M (eviction/locking out). It was a personal issue and yet the company was involved.

      Delete
    6. Obviously hindi ka business owner. Malamang hold off ang partnership kasi masisira ang reputation dahil sa current issue ni MW and TC.

      Delete
    7. Thank you 10:40 and 11:22. Agree. Siguro rin may established personal relationship sila nung partner kaya ganyang level yung pag-relate nila sa isa’t isa. Correct na hindi ako business owner but I’ve been with Business Development teams. With my limited experience, such investors have partnership options to choose from such that if things don’t work out with one, they can opt to engage with another. That is assuming they are doing the business here because of their belief in the PH work and economic environment. Yung implied kasi sa side ni Tim/Maggie, parang if not through them, hindi na matutuloy yun. I am just thinking puwede pang matuloy yun but no longer through them.

Anyway, hopefully matuloy pa rin for the good of our country. :)

    8. Baka may morality clause of some sort yung company tapos yung kaso agad against Maggie & Tim ang lumitaw during research. Parang yung partner who emailed Tim still wants to work with him but the rest of the board of directors don’t na (at least, not in the PH thru him & Maggie).

Kung regular employees nga minsan chinecheck yung soc media to check, business investors pa... she’s giving the wrong impressions talaga- katakot makipag business kung ganyan... I hope for her next move she just keeps it privately. I believe na si V talaga may fault so MW deserves justice. But one commenter here also mentioned na puro Laban nya is revolving around Filipino women etc which is nice but Wala man Lang about her son. I’m pretty sure she’s figuring out how to get partial custody at least but if she really really wants to see her son... she should come home and face charges to start na rin process ng kaso... Lalo Lang tumatagal. At least nasa same country pa sila ng anak nya and she can bail... I don’t know I’m a mom myself, mababaliw ako if I can’t be with my kids or at least be near them... hope maayos na nila problema nila

  20. Anybody can write an email at bura lahat ng name. How do you prove the authenticity of the email? The person mentioned that they have decided to relocate their back office which means that they already know how much resources they need and how much it entails to invest. But take note, at the later part, he mentioned 7-10k. Hindi yan pesos, tao yan. Such a wide range of estimate is very strange, feels like bluffing or exaggerating. 3k people yun range, how much is the difference in terms of salary, office space, parking etc. Why would the person mention such a huge range? What is the motive behind this?

Kahit na British citizen si Maggie, May process pa din paano niya i-petition anak niya not to mention immigration in the Philippines is very strict when minors travel without both parents. 1. 8:39 PM That’s exactly the same inference I got. Tim is a brilliant, seasoned business strategist. By employing this messaging, he’s sending an alarm, red flags to the Venture Capitalist domain who’s invested in V’s company.
People tend to forget that even the world’s richest are at the mercy of capitalist/ investors for cash flow.
If they smell “ conjugal asset” division, it might make them run for the hill.
This puts VC in a very precarious corner ( no cash flow for current projects). Tim/ Maggie tandem has VC by the neck!
