  4. I’m a fan of volleyball nong kasagsagan ni Alyssa. I stopped watching nong nanganak ako. I just found out sikat pala si Deanna? Magaling sya na player. Pero bakit sya sikat compare to her contemporaries? Also i found out she’s from Cebu so i love her na din.

  5. I’m all for equality and non-discrimination, but I feel that sometimes masyado ng OA sa pag-out yun iba. Masyado ng ginagawa for clout na lang. You don’t need to announce to the whole world, raise a rainbow flag and shout to the whole world. I’m LGBT myself but I’m not loud. Marami sa amin find it OA na talaga yun iba. The more papansin, the more nyo ginagawang kakaiba tayo. The more you make it subtle, the more it will feel normal for the society. Straight people do not have the need to announce to the whole world that they’re straight.

    1. Salamat sa fresh perspective

    2. I disagree. Straight people always have these posts, wedding, sde, proposal, save the date, gender reveal etc.

    3. Ang mas nakaka asar, yung obvious na straight naman pero nagppretend to have a "thing" with their straight friends din just for clout. Dami sa tiktok ganyan. In a way, it's good to know na parang mas accepted na tayo ngayon. Kaso tinitake advantage ng ibang tiktokers just for clout.

    4. I agree with you.. baks. Once preference isnt anyones business. You don't have to be so loud about it.

    5. that’s where you are mistaken. we need to keep highlighting LGBT stories to give hope to those who are still struggling.

    6. I totally agree! :) just act normal.

    9. 834 marami kasi tlagang famewh@r€ ngayon dahil sa socmed. Lumaki nman ako sa baryo, as in until now hindi pa sementado yung kalsada sa amin, pero karamihan nman sa amin tanggap ang mga LGBT+. Maski nman saan may iba tlaga mag isip maski here in Eu. As in I have an uncle and aunt na hindi straight. Minsan may ka live in pa.

    10. Straight, LGBT - every person is different. Personally, I keep my life private. But others seem to crave public or online validation. To each his own - straight/LGBT, black/white/yellow/brown, young/old...we're all just trying to deal with life's challenges.

    12. I love your point! Finally, someone said this

    13. Not a fan of Deanna but to say na OA ang announcement pag LGBTQA couple is so discriminatory. Straight people get to announce their love to all pero bakit need maging subtle pag LGBTQA? To each his own. Stop with these labels. If people want to declare their love publicly, so be it.

    14. 8:34 AM - right now LGBT groups needs to make noise because they are deprived of certain legal protections heterosexuals enjoy like marriage. They are still a disenfranchised lot, kinda like the middle class in our country (charot! haha). If you don't feel this way, good for you and your privileged environment.

Besides, as 10:54 AM mentioned straight people do this all the time for the same reason you're complaining about - ATTENTION, VIEWS, SOCIAL MEDIA VALIDATION. The craving for fame, attention and validation transcends sexuality or sexual identity.

    15. Their post isnt loud, it is the attention theyre getting for it that is loud and its not their fault. Let them celebrate their love, if you dont like it - just move along.

    16. I met lgbt members who share the same sentiments as you. And I also agree with them.
You guys seek for equality nga di ba, so stop acting like a unicorn

    17. There's a reason why it's called pride. Let them be out loud and proud as they wish. A lot have been stuck in the closet for so long and a lot more are still struggling.

    2. I think it's because of her previous relationship with Jema Galanza, na magaling din na volleyball star and charming din like Deanna.

    3. I guess because of her relationship with her previous partner. Sikat silang 2 sa mga kabataan..

    4. 12:03 at 12:34 - pero bakit mas sumikat sya ky Jema? Curious din ako. I search their Instagrams at ang daming followers ni Deanna.

    5. Because according to my friend (babaeng may boyfriend) who really likes Deanna, nakakakilig daw siya. Because of her gestures, actions and all. Kumbaga sa lalaki, very manly.

  7. I dont get the hype

  8. I love volleyball and I love the LGBTQ+ community. Pero ang OA ng fans nila. Hahaha.

  10. Is she really, really OUT? Her aura seems questionable. We'll see in a few more years.
