Had a bad experience too with Shakey’s at their Congressional branch before. Meron hair na kulot sa pizza nila. Parang masuka suka ako nun when i saw it. Kadiri! Ang masama, naulit pa at the same branch again. After that, we never ordered again at Shakey’s.

Ano naman gusto mo iyakan ng iyakan? Try mo kayang mag work as service crew lalo na kaharap mo oven na nuknukan ng init. Minsan need mo rin mag lighten up.
Hoy 2:45 Dahil sa kadadaldal nila nahulog yung pang slice sabay pinulot at ginamit sa pizzang inorder ko! Ayusin nyo kasi ang trabaho nyo! Wag mag daldalan at mag chismisan pag may order sa inyo para di kayo nagkakamali. Hindi ko kailangan mag trabaho as service crew para malaman ko ang hirap nyo. Kayo ang mag focus sa work nyo para hindi nyo makalimutan alisin ang plastic sa pizza bago nyo ipasok sa oven.
And what's wrong about that? This won't ruin it entirely, maybe lose a few customers. This is an opportunity for the company to be more strict with their policies and training for staff. Wag ka malungkot in their behalf. They'll survive.

For me lang, sana nag reach out muna sa branch before posting sa social media para mabigyan man lang ng chance ung branch and crew na ma rectify ung mistake. sobrang hirap and kapagod mag trabaho sa food industry and i know hindi excuse yun pero tao lang naman, nagkakamali din.

To those people here blaming the customer for exposing this issue and calling out the management publicly, why would you think he's in the wrong? If you look at it at a bigger perspective, this can help improve the quality of service we get. Nasanay na tayong tayo ang naga-adjust kesa magcomplain kaya paulit ulit lang din nangyayari, and it just gets worse each time. Yes, this is bad for the company's image but this will teach them to be better next time. Madaling sabihin na sana kinausap na lang privately kung hindi mo na-experience yung na-experience niya. It's not about magsosorry ang company or magbibigay ng complimentary, or papalitan ng mas mahal. Konting standard naman guys. Pagkain yan. Dapat at any given time, safe to consume yan. Pwede ngang marevoke ang license nila dyan e.
Yung nagsasabi na isolated case yan, how would you know kung hindi ka magsasalita at hindi malalaman ng karamihan? Kung branch specific man yan, pangalan pa din ng Shakey's ang dala nila so responsibility pa din ng mother company yan.

Sana wag naman tanggalin yung empleyado. What happened to Julius is something to complain about but there's a saying, to err is human. I hope they'll just improve their process and retrain their staff so that nothing like this will happen again.
I wonder if you'd say the same when something much worse happens to you. Remember, kapag pinalampas mo ang isang mali, it'll just get bigger in the long run.

More often than not, management will just apologize and ignore if you report it to them directly. Pero kapag sa socmed, they will act quickly.

DeleteVery strict dapat ang quality at compliance to good manufacturing processeses ng food industry, regardless kung fastfood yan, consumer goods...basta pagkain at may contamination o health hazard, big no no yan. DAPAT I-CALL OUT.
ReplyDeleteIt's not about magsosorry ang company or magbibigay ng complimentary, or papalitan ng mas mahal. Konting standard naman guys. Pagkain yan. Dapat at any given time, safe to consume yan. Pwede ngang marevoke ang license nila dyan e.
Yung nagsasabi na isolated case yan, how would you know kung hindi ka magsasalita at hindi malalaman ng karamihan? Kung branch specific man yan, pangalan pa din ng Shakey's ang dala nila so responsibility pa din ng mother company yan.
Again, konting assertion naman ng consumer rights natin dyan.

ReplyDeleteSana wag naman tanggalin yung empleyado. What happened to Julius is something to complain about but there's a saying, to err is human. I hope they'll just improve their process and retrain their staff so that nothing like this will happen again.

ReplyDeleteMay mali sa Shakeys. Fact. Pero yung dadaanin mo agad sa social media eh nakita naman ng customer ang plastic dapat notice derecho sa Shakeys na muna kesa i publicize. Patakaw atensyon naman itong mga vloggers for views.
