Tsaka never naman nakasulat sa post na di xa malungkot or nahirapan.. she just chose to be positive. Kung nega ka wag kang mandalas.
all houses in the US are insured and should be insured unlike sa Pinas. So technically they can get a new house from what the insurance will pay them or for what it is insured for.
They are also grateful at ayun amg gusto nila ihighlight.
Kung rental, tenants are encouraged to get insurance for their stuff too. Bawat kibot dito may insurance, but makes sense like when something like this happens.
Wala bang ipon c jaya at need pa niya ng donations na tig-20K USD so her goal is $40K? Para San? Eh nagre-rent Lang pala cla dun at di nman niya haus yun at Sobrang laki ng donations na hinihingi niya!
Same here, nagulat din ako sa laki ng hinihingi nila. Living in North America, wala naman 2 months deposit and 2 months advance na kailangan to rent dito so hindi kailangan ng ganyang amount. Houses also come with basic kitchen appliances na, kaya damit and furniture na lang kailangan. I guess depende yun sa lifestyle ng bawat tao some are more willing to start small and simple.
I know sad yung nangyari but usually renters are required to have renters insurance. They opened a gofundme page which I think is weird kasi pwede naman sila magloan sa bank and marami silang friends na pwedeng hiraman. I just think marami pang ibang tao na mas nangangailangan ng help.
Instead of asking money from ordinary people who also works hard here in US, why not make some shows or benefit concerts to raise funds? There are a lot of Pinoys here who deserve to be helped more than you.
Anlaki naman ng hinihingi nila!!! Pangdownpayment ata yan sa house. Kalerky sa ordinary citizen pa nanghingi, wala ba silang work? First month pay lang and security deposit, but this will be cashed or maybe even not depende sa condition ng apartment when you leave.
False positivity. Girl, masakit mawalan ng bahay and it's ok to show vulnerability.
ReplyDeleteRenters sila so they did not lose the house, yung gamit Lang talaga nila. At Ano ba gusto mo maglupasay sya ng iyak Tapos post ng video of her crying?
DeletePaladesisyon yarn
DeleteAng nega mo grabe!

ReplyDeleteif they’re the owners the insurance can relocate then for the mean time either in a hotel or apt.
ReplyDeleteThey have a gofundme acct, maybe maka downpayment na sila to buy their own house.
ReplyDeletebaket unemployed ba sila?

ReplyDeleteI agree.
DeleteKung insured bat may pa gofundme sila… 20K each sila ng asawa nya. Sa ordinary citizen i can understand. Pero si Jaya, wala ba syang ipon….
ReplyDelete4:22 kaya nga. may nahihiya pa daw manghingi eme.
DeleteAng ipon ay nauubos. Investments amg kailangan.
