Miss Iza, don’t give birth in London. You’ll be homesick and will experience postpartum depression especially since this will be your 1st child. Give birth in Manila where you can have the physical support of entire village you will need it:)

Success rate is low yata kasi damage na yun fallopian tube. But you can always open this to your OB. I was supposed to have my tubes tied after my third baby, but my OB said not yet because I might changed my mind. So far di pa nag chachange ang mind ko hehehe. But, hoping ako you might get pregnant paren, nothing is impossible. Go speak with your OB na :)
Maybe IVF pwede pa. Nung intern ako naka assist ako sa ligation. They cut the tubes and tie the ends so considered sya as permanent form of birth control.

Shes just probably past first trimester kaya inannounce nila, didnt they shoot this darna late lat year or early this year. So stop pushing with mataba sha in her costume. Ill fitting lang talaga yung suot
