I don't think they are rich. She was so suplada and ill mannered in an event during her time in Abs. As if sikat siya. I knew she would not last in the business.
G hosts in some Filipino shows & finished college & also doing some management work for a non-profit. Nabasa ko lang sa article yan. I’m not G. Haha
Yung mga mahilig mag comment ng has been, matanda, laos etc- alam na natin yung quality at level of education nila pati status in life.
You'll be surprised, more kids are more aware & politically involved now but that doesn't mean there aren't before especially if the parents expose them to reality & social issues at an early age.
I was 6 years old and I remember clearly when my neighbors left to join the edsa revolution.
4 yo, nagsosolve ng volumes, electronics, programming. in case di mo alam na may mga kids that think beyond their age.
I’m in my 40s Pero aware na ako sa edsa revolution, isinama pa nga ako ng mga cousins ko sa rally lol looking back it wasn’t a smart idea pero Nakita ko first hand kung papano lumaban mga nakatatanda sa akin nung panahon ng diktadurya.
Dear 1:08, ako din bata pa Nung nag edsa - 7 years old, and I was there as well - pero politically aware na Ako. Sana wag basta basta i invalidate yung experience at pinagdaanan ng iba. Pwedeng iba iba tayo ng karanasan.
7 years old politically aware kana?
7 years old can read, write, and may comprehension ma.
Yan ang 1986 people power.
your experience shouldn't invalidate what others experienced under the Marcos regime. Don't generalize the 1986 People Power based on your myopic view of the events
May mga mali din ang yellows pero let's not pretend that the marcos dictatorship does not carry most of the blame.
well, majority na kasama kong ofws here, maganda sinasabi under marcos regime. i was 5 during the edsa rev. btw. my parents are not marcos supporters but they both said mas okay ang buhay during those times.
1105 karamihan kasi ng ofw ay na brainwashed without proof of evidence. if marcos regime was not corrupt and did not mismanaged the economy, hindi cheap labor ang mga pilipino, overseas man or dito mismo sa pilipinas. pls research. walang trabaho dito kaya naging ofw ang mga pilipino, may college degree pero naging cheap labor.
11:08, then the same should be said about the time of Martial Law.
Omg seriously are you listening to yourself 124. Theyre not invalidating you. Good for you. Just please do not invalidate all the martial law victims' experience. Does your comfort make their suffering ok?
11:53 wow ito tayo sa brainwashed kemerut. kakasabi lang na kung ano man na experience ng iba during martial law, should not be invalidated, kesyo good or bad.and excuse me - nagkaroon ng diaspora during the 80’s during cory’s time. kaw ang mag research - tse!
Hays, me masabi lang talaga bashers. History is a history, its a fact not chismis. Just like u bashers, may freedom of speech, kaya G voice out her opinion.
She had a good career as marketing executive and director over there.
She already had a flourishing career here in the Philippines. Madaming racket yan si G and she had a lot of movie projects. Late 1990s to early 2000s, hindi ko makakalimutan kasi I was working sa ad placements sa isang major daily, it was always her and si Donita yun full page ads. I moved to an agency afterwards sa media department naman and sila ni Donita talaga mga reyna ng endorsements at that time. Kung di lang sila umalis...I still find G so beautiful.
the question is how aware was she when she was only 8 yrs old then? how sure was she, that what was taught of her by whoever was she with when they went to EDSA, matters for the future? my point is that we have our own opinions that deserves to be respected and also criticized.
Wala naman pala nangyari sa career nya sa America but she's from a rich family naman
ReplyDelete10:39AM “Swiss father” then from a rich family agad?
