For a celebrity like you you should have 2 mobile numbers : private and public. Yung public bigay mo sa coworkers mo showbiz friends and staff. Yung private sa family mo lang. ok na??
ReplyDeleteFunny of you to assume she's not doing that already, eh even some non-showbiz Pinoys nga dalawa na din ang mobile numbers. Some hackers stole our info from a gov't website from years back so they collected our phone numbers. Idagdag mo pa yung mga naglalabasang apps (hello contact tracing!) na kung di man binebenta ng developers ang info natin, ay hindi naman secure yung apps nila from hackers. So the scammers behind these phishing texts, di nila knows na si Angelica o artista o VIP ang isa sa mga libo-libong phone numbers sa database nila. Ok na?

DeleteGirl, I do that and only my family knows of my postpaid number pero yun pa yung pinuputakte ng messages like that. Prepaid numbers ko wala. Makes you wonder talaga kung talagang hindi binebenta ng telecom we are subscribed to. I know you cannot relate 905pm.

DeleteKasi naman na veto ang sim card registration law sana. Kahit magpalit ka ng number my matatangap ka pa rin mga ganyan and other phising scams. Inside job lahat ng active numbers nakukuha nila.

DeleteI get all these spam messages at napuno na ang phone ko kakablock at kakareport sa kanila but still they fill my inbox and it's annoying dahil natatabunan yung mga importanteng messages! They kept changing numbers so pointless to block them. AND YES. Hinde naman ako artista at lalong hinde naman ako sikat. lol. Kaya patawa comment mo. lol.
DeleteYour provider should do something about these scams. Kahit postpaid pa yan or registered sa state like in other countries meron pa ding mga scam.

ReplyDeleteHindi din, 2 number ko. Ung isa un ang ginagamit ko pang fill up sa form eme, pang shopee ganun pero un isa kong number na bago lang at family lang may alam aba susko dami pa din spam. Grabe.

ReplyDeleteHere in the US too. Di mo naman mablock dahil pag inopen mo, sabi they can get your info already. Delete na lang kaso, Nakakasawa din, delete ka nang delete. Someone is selling our phone numbers to these scammers. Meron pang pag inopen mo, you will be charged for the call.
DeleteIt means binibenta or binibigay ng network provider nyo ung information nyo sa ibang company kaya madaming scam. Pwedeng nyong kasuhan ng class action yan kapag madaming evidence and madaming nag complain. This is totally wrong and illegal.

in my experience, di lng sya text kundi calls pa.the person on the other line sounds legit pa ksi papakilala from this bank sila telling me that my credit card will be replaced at dpat i confirm ko kng may tao sa bahay na tatanggap ng card ksi nacompromised dw. madami nabikitma sa opiz ng ganyan samin ksi nabigay nila ang personal info kya nalimas ang account nila.
