Actually from experience mas madali mag buntis kapag active (exercise, balance diet) hindi yan dahil gusto maging sexy. Kung amo hmgawi mo bago mag buntis, pede ko pa rin gawin habang buntis at after with doctor’s approval. Ingat lang sa iba kasi nagkakasunod sunod talaga

Aspirin din binigay sa akin during my entire pregnancy kasi clear naman yun test na ibang ginawa sa akin. I had 14 vials of blood sample to check and fully ruled out apas. So for sure kay Solenn meron talagang nakita sa blood test niya to check apas kaya she needed heparin.
heparin shots. its a blood thinner. solen has antiphospolipid antibody syndrome (apas). a clotting disorder na nag ko-cause ng miscarriages and other complications in pregnancy. heparin’s half life is short so kailangan ng injections araw araw. i think heparin ang pinakasafe na blood thinner to use while pregnant.
