DeleteShe does have a house of her own, she upgraded to this house na lease to own, except she is being harassed by Victor and subjected to emotional and psychological abuse by him thru acts of VCDC officials. This is VAWC. All of them should be held liable as participants. Dinala ni VCDC yung barangay para di makakuha simMaggie ng barangay protection order kasi estopped na yang mga yan kasi kasali na sila sa gulo.
You cannot evict anyone without proper court order. Kahit tenant na di nag babayad di po pwede basta bastang mapaalis. You must file an ejectment case first before you can ask someone to leave. And it's the sheriff who can do that. Again po. Kahit kayo ang may ari hindi kayo pwedeng basta basta magpaalis ng tao. May batas po yan. If this happens to you, you can file a case.

DeleteTotally agree with 2:41. Lol. The Philippine Constitution protects the sanctity of marriage. She shouldn’t have gotten involved with Vic in the first place. She said so herself, she didn’t even like him then. So why marry someone you didn’t like diba? Opportunist will and always be an opportunist no matter what. You see, nung ayaw na kay Vic, sino pinalit? An even bigger fish diba? Lol.

She is looking for public sympathy kahit sya naman ang proud na proud about her relationship with Tim. I think Victor has proof about the adultery. Baka may pictures or videos of the affair.
