    2. My Caucasian hubby was diagnosed stage 4 lung cancer, which a non smoker can get as well early this year just after moving to another state. We were so devastated & financially, emotionally drained. But because of so many prayers & support from family & friends here and back home, we were able to go through. So far his last scan revealed tumor reduced half the size also because of his immuno therapy treatment na super expensive but which was paid by the state thank God. Hopefully continous ang healing niya.

  4. Paneng Mercado... one of DLSU Lady Spikers' stalwart athletes. How time flies.

I'll be including her mom in my prayers tonight.

  5. Sana ung athletes natin may tulong even after they retire. I mean, pagnanalo proud na proud pero during training and funding lalo na pagganito walang tulong. Dba lalo magpupursige and inspire to do well ang athletes kung may tulong from govt and in turn baka pati mga kabataan mainspire to be an athlete. Iba din kasi mentality dito. Proud lng pagnanalo or mainstream nanews. Kung sana may pera ako.

    2. Tama.

#hugs to Lydia de Vega #Get well soon.

    4. May nakuha naman sila na prize at meron din sa government

It's up to them kung ano na mangyayari sa buhay bila

Maiksi lang ang career ng mga athletes di naman yan regular job na pwede sila up to 60 years old sa office

    5. 9:57 under Aquino nagkaroom ng batas granting incentives to athletes. Fake news spreader ka, yuck

  7. Sorry to hear about Lydia and praying for her.

Medyo nagtataka lang ako. Her daughter is married to the Baron Koenigswarter. Even mother-in-law niya is socialite Eva Abisamis. Hirap sila to shoulder medical expenses?

    2. Mga rich ba yun? Eh kung ganun Bakit kaya di nila tulungan in-laws nila

      Delete
    3. Hindi din naman kasi pwedeng obligahin ang in-laws to help and hindi din unending ang paghingi ng tulong sa kanila.

    4. A disease like cancer can drain you financially no matter how much you have if you know what I mean kaya siguro need na rin nila to reach out for help.

    5. Hindi naman required ang in laws to give sa nanay ng daughter in law nila. I'm sure may inabot na din sila.
