I agree 11:47. Yung friend ko nag OJT sa bank, school, PLTD (or was it Meralco), and now mataas na position sa isang bank. Madami siyang naging options.

I used to believe na everyone should earn a diploma para sa magandang kinabukasan. But now it’s better to find what you want to do, where you’re good at, and then study (even short courses that doesn’t need a diploma) to enhance what you’re doing. Hindi na rin guarantee ang diploma sa panahon ngayon. But congrats on this achievement!
We’re here in the Philippines where majority is looking for College Graduate. Unlike in Japan even if you didn’t finish your studies if you have the skills for the job/industry then you can work there.
