106 ako nman late 90s may ganyan kami. Hindi ko alam anong tawag dyan sa tagalog or kung tama ako ng intindi sa inyo, sa amin merong pinakatay (yung gaya kay Ms Susan) at minuldi. Nasanay ako sa pinakatay simula grade 2 kasi ang pangit ng minuldi ko. 😂

ReplyDeleteNakaka-proud ang mga artista noong araw dahil genuine ang kagandahan nila. Sabi ng lola ko lalo daw nung kapanahunan nina Susan Roces at Amalia Fuentes hindi pa uso ang retoke. Pag maganda talagang maganda at nakakatulala daw talaga sa personal pag nak8ta mo. Ngayon ang mga artista halos lahat may mga pinabago at pinadagdag sa katawan. Tapos meron pa dyan na ayaw umamin na nagparetoke. Hindi na nahiya.

ReplyDeleteI am a fan of Ms Susan Roces. A very avid fan and i remember fighting with my classmate when i was 11yrs old, in the elementary school in 1958. I am now 74 yrs old. My classmate was a fan of Ms Amalia Fuentes. We were so crazy with our favorite female actress at that time. Our fight went to the extent of pulling each others hair. That was how much i admired you, Ms Susan Roces, since then until now. You will be missed, Our Queen of Philippine Movies.
