Eh kasi naman baluktot ang expectations ng mga tao, na perfect body dapat all the time. Hindi ba pwedeng hindi flat ang tyan nya on that day? Maybe she ate a big meal, maybe she's still growing and gaining weight, who knows what the reason is but people shouldn't be assuming anything anyway. Filipinos are so obsessed with physical looks that they're always policing everyone's bodies. Kahit hindi kakilala, pinapansin ang itsura, or yung mga taong hindi mo nakita for 10 years, first comment na sasabihin sa 'yo is about weight. Sa family reunions, nobody every asks how you are, just "ang taba-taba mo, bakit ka nagkaganyan? Walang magkakagusto sa 'yo kapag hindi ka nag-diet!"
It's superficial, shallow, and offensive. Lalo na sa mga babae because there's always sexualization and misogyny involved. Kung hindi ka flat stomach, means buntis ka, means you're having sex. Kung flat stomach naman, wow you're so sexy you must have lots of boys wanting you. Women just can't win.
It is not only the filipinos who are obsessed with looks. Mas malala pa ibang lahi jan like Koreans, Americans etc. Wag nyo masyadong maliitin pilipino. There is good and bad everywhere.
Gandang ganda ako dyan sa buntis daw na anak ni Sunshine. And for the record, hindi naman talaga buntis yung bata pero manliligaw o bf niya ata yung apo ni Tito Sotto.
Ang gandang lahi naman. The girls got the best features of their parents.
