    1. I’m a fan of Djok, admire his guts and will to win. Intelligent player, magaling talaga. His mind over matter ability to win despite being behind in sets is admirable but he DESERVES this. Turn off that he is anti vaccination and his excuses in this case the Australian open are soooo lame and questionable. Hope you can earn back our trust and admiration Djok

Sportsperson ka pa naman, and built on science ang training mo... sabay di ka naniniwala sa vaccine?

O siya... good luck sa French Open, baka hanapan ka rin doon ng bakuna.

Maybe stay out of Australian law instead of bragging about being a top lawyer but actually know nothing.

What's wrong with recognizing your talent? "I'm a good doctor" or "I'm the best employee" or "I'm a top lawyer". #not1216

Maybe you're not fully aware how Covid is affecting people who weren't able to see their loved ones. So many weren't able to see their dying family members & attend their funerals due to border restrictions.

      Delete
    18. 12:16 so dapat bigyan ka ng, credibility na d competent yung judge (s) dahil top lawyer ka? kung top lawyer ka, dapat alam mo yung exercise of discretion by the executive is almost beyond the realm of court review unless there is grave abuse ofand discretion amounting to lack or excess ofof jurisdiction. dapat alam mo rinna that the grant of visa is a privilege and not a right. so kahit bngyan ka, pde sya irevoke and its reason behind is almost impossible to question kasi political question yun. and id say, based on how the 3 panel judges decided the case, the principles of law in AU are substantially the same sa PH laws. now, since alam ko na dk top lawyer, novax djokovid rabid fan ka lang malamang.

  11. I think what the government did was justifiable. Novax lied on his application for his visa. He did not declare that he travelled to multiple countries and tested positive to covid prior to arrival sa Melbourne. He knows all these pero bnlame nya agent nya. Australian law - he is in Australia kaya dapat i-follow.

  13. He should've stayed quiet about getting an exemption. Masyado kasi syang mayabang, he just had to post on social media that he got preferential treatment. Eh di galit ang mga Australians who are still going through hard lockdown measures. His lunatic Dad made everything worse and he didn't tell his family to stop calling him Jesus and accusing Australia of "imprisoning" him.

Going out maskless and meeting kids, and exposing the journalist team in that interview knowing he was positive really killed any goodwill many people had for him. If it's true he didn't receive the PCR results until after, he still should've been isolating until he got the results instead of exposing many people. And even after all that, he never apologized for his irresponsibility. Sinabi nya pa na he didn't want to let people down kaya he was okay exposing others to covid. His entitlement is disgusting.

    1. Tnx for your gist 12:39 however I do not know about the Jesus thing. I guess I need further reading on his issue.

    2. He can’t stay quiet. The media all around the world was watching him. He’s a vocal anti-vaxer and so all eyes were on him and people will know he got an exemption even him staying quiet. Australia is so strict with their vaccine rules and lockdowns.

      Delete
    3. Soooo true! Gustong patunayan na hindi naman needed ang vaccine. Anti-vaxx pala sya then why travel to somewhere na alam nyang iniimpose ang pagpapavaccine

      Delete
    4. In addition the dad asked Queen Elizabeth to intervene sa visa process. lol crazy

      Delete
    5. 1:07 no, him posting on IG about how he's gonna be in the Australian Open because he got an exemption alerted the Border authorities and they were waiting for him, they were ready to question and deny his visa. If he had not said anything and only dealt with immigration in private and only when he actually landed in Australia, maybe he and his lawyers would've had time to handle it better. Nakalabas na ang info dahil si Djokovic mismo ang naglaglag sa sarili nya at pinagyabang nya na his exemption was granted so he could enter Australia. Nagulat ang Border Force siguro dahil they have the final say on who gets to enter their country, but this guy bragging on IG that he'd come to Australia unvaccinated and flouting the rules made people turn against him right away.

  14. Meanwhile sa Pilipinas galit na ayaw palabasin ang unvaxxed

    1. Maraming factors why people are still not getting the vaccine. Misinformation, fear-mongering, arawan ang work they can’t take time off or else walang kakainin for the day (or days if their side effects are severe), and many others.

Kaya nga the blame shouldn’t be on the people but on the lack of action that the government is taking para ma educate ang people on the need for vaccines.

      Delete
  15. I hope he will nit regret his action in the future if his family will be hit hard by covid

    2. Porket ataw mgpa vaccine will hit hard by covid agad?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Having the vaccine or not at this point wala naman pinagkaiba dahil carrier and spreader ka pa din. Kung naka vaccine yes may protection from getting too sick pero still hindi sya 100% and pag unvax naman does not mean hindi ka gagaling. Pero when it comes to being reckless and pabaya sa pag mask and social distance e yun mali talaga kahit saan mo tignan.

  18. I’m married to an Aussie and i have Aussie kids. I know how strict Border Control is in Australia as I have experienced it myself. Also, their PM was once Immigration Minister so he knows immigration laws and abide by it. Anyway, Novak was given 3 chances . For me that’s preferential treatment. considering Australia has strict visa rules. So sad he had to go but he deserved it.

    1. According to the news, there was a mistake on his declaration form. This is the form when you arrive on the country and present to the Border Security (as far as I know). And according to what I've read, he said that one of his team had made a mistake on filling that form. Given that, if you are an ordinary citizen or visitor, accidental mistake or not, the person itself is the one responsible and there's consequences kapag nagsingunaling ka sa declaration.

Second, it wasn't the govt body who confirmed that he can get an exemption. Aus Open is being held in Melbourne, the most lockdown city in the world and they are really careful of it. There are people who died and their families cannot bid farewell to their relatives then sa tingin ba an unvaccinated person will be allowed to just come in being exempted without due process?

He is a good player though this debacle really screw him up on playing.

There's a TV show called Border Security, makita din kung pano kahigpit.

  26. Wait, he tested positive in December pa and was given an exemption. May medical certification saying na immune sya. The real reason why the Australian government cancelled his visa is not because he is unvaccinated but on the grounds that he could excite anti vax sentiments. Ayaw ng Australian government na may famous person that would go against them.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The medical exception came from Tennis association and NOT from the Aussie government. And yes, the Australian government has the right to do what they think is right for their citizens. Kung ano ano pang palusot sinasabi mo, in the end he lied in his visa application, pagala gala sya nung may covid sya tapos he thinks he's above the rules ng Australia palibhasa nastroke masyado ang ego sa Serbia dahil Jesus ang turing sa kanya dun 🙄

      Delete
    2. Wrong, he got deported because he lied sa border entry form indicating he didn't travel in the last 14 days. But the officials found out he was in Belgrade for Christmas and also travelled to Spain during the 14-day timeframe.

      Delete
    3. He tested positive and yet he is out, attending an event. All the lies sumabog sa mukha nya. He is greedy of his 21st title.

      Delete
    4. Nope, pls read factual news. Na exempt siya because he had Covid within the past 6 months..one of very few reasons to get medical exemption from vax. Not because he is immune. San mo nakuha yun? Kaso nadiscover na he lied in his visa application kaya nacancel na visa nya.

      Delete
