    1. Wala ngang nakakaalam KAYA CGURO HINDI BINABAYARAN!

      Delete
    2. 12:54 please do not insult us musicians.

      Delete
    3. It's still unethical. This dude still put in his time and energy for the music.

      Delete
    4. 12.54 that not the point!

      Delete
    5. 12:54 tard. Talagang victim blaming pa?
      Pinagkakitaan nila so kailangan bayaran.

      Delete
    6. 12:54 That's not a valid reason. Kilala or hindi, there was an agreement that needs to be fulfilled.

      Delete
    7. Wow 12:54, toxic na toxic tayo? Whether he delivered or not, a contract is a contract.

      Delete

      Delete
    9. Nag google ako about sakanya at Again ata yung title nung song na meron siya with ABS. To be honest ang chaka ng boses niya mars.

      Delete
    10. Wow. Ang tard mo naman.

      Delete
    11. @12:54 what they did by not paying what is due is already considered breach of contract. Kung nasa contract na babayaran nila ng royalty, kahit hindi pa kilala or hindi sikat ang kanta, basta may kinita yung kanta, then they need to pay kasi yun ang napagkasunduan between both parties.

    1. Anong kanta nya? I’m sure may other explanation behind this

He deserves to be paid for what he worked for. Calling out ABS-CBN!!!!

  4. Deleted na. Why? If ur claiming na ganto

      Delete
    2. Most likely ABS-CBN reached out na to pay him and settle privately kaya na-delete mga posts.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. Babayaran na daw. Tinawagan na sya after 48 years!!! Lol!

      Delete
    5. Parang may mali. Deleted kaagad?

      Delete
At last. Kaloka.

      Delete
  5. Anon songs nya? Never heard of him

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Even if you haven’t heard of him he did work for a company and that company must pay him. That is the professional way.

      Delete
    2. You never watch YouTube? Talaga ha.

      Delete
  6. After 7 years, tsaka lang nag hanap ng lawyer... Sa fb pa tlga. Hahaha famewhore pinoy clickbaiter

Nakakahiya!!!

      Delete
    2. Babayaran so may fault ang abs. Ok na tard?

      Delete

      Delete

      Delete
    5. 1 iba po ang talent fee s royalties google the difference.

      Delete
    6. 1:05, As if naman nandoon ka at alam mo anong true story ng issue na ito. Walang company na malinis. Mas malaki ang company, mas madaming utang.

      Delete

      Delete
    8. Victim blaming? You are disgusting.

      Delete

      Delete
    10. 12:50 considering na “in power” yang Katol Network before, kahit ako mahihiyang maningil, kita mo naman nangyari kina Ethel at Ate Gay noon di ba?

      Delete
    11. Exactly, 12:50.

      Delete
    12. 12:50, you actually blame the victim. Shame on you. He was patient with them because he is actually well know among pinoy YouTube singers and has many pinoy friends here and the USA. Gets mo baks.

      Delete
    13. Don’t blame the victim. ABS CBN owes him money. Sinabi nga niya na sinisingil niya sila but they keep blowing him off, alam mo ba ibig sabihin nun? ABS CBN arrogantly ignored their financial obligations to this artist dahil gusto at kaya nilang ignorin yung tao dahil hindi alam ng publiko yung kabalastugan nila.

      Delete

      Delete
  7. World class nga ABS-CBN. Pati foreign artist late binayaran.

    ReplyDelete
  8. Welcome to the Pilipins kung saan maraming gumagamit ng likha ng iba ng d nagbabayd ng royalty at licence

    ReplyDelete
  9. Di ko siya kilala but ABS must pay him. As much as I like some of their shows, I admit that they are infamous for not paying contestants, celebrity guests, staff and others.

    ReplyDelete
  10. I checked him on YouTube puro naman pala cover songs na ginawan nya ng English lyrics mga kanta nya na under Star Music, ito siguro yung Hawak Kamay ni Yeng, Muli na version ni Bugoy, at Esperanza ni April Boy na may million nga ang views.

    1. He doesn't deserve this pero di ko naman sya knows.

      Delete
    2. Yun ang pinagawa sa kanya e so malamang

      Delete
    3. DAPAT PA RING BAYARAN!

      Delete

      Delete
    7. Should have the contract on hand para mapakita sa lawyer, lawyer decides how to proceed.

      Delete
  11. How about paying for the royalties of your covers on Spotify? Lol. The audacity. You covered OPM songs and most likely monetized from it, but did you pay for the royalties?

And what songs did you write for the record label of ABS-CBN? You're not even well-known.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Dont blame him. Regardless of that, abs cbn needs to pay for his talent fee.such a toxic mentality you have. Bet ikaw pa magagalit kapag maniningil yung inutangan mo

      Delete
    2. Yikes. You are a terrible person. You still need to pay workers even if they are not well known.

      Delete
    3. why bash him? there is no excuse to not get paid after the work you've done.

      Delete
    4. Ang point ay di siya binayaran. Di ung sikat ba siya o hindi. Tard na tard ah

      Delete
    5. His issue here is with the songs he released thru abs cbn which is for sure has a contract. And a contract involves benefits for both parties, no? This is a legal matter which isn’t at all related if he is unknown or what. Putting other superficial scenario won’t change the fact that abs cbn doesn’t have the decency to obey their own contract. lol

      Delete
    6. Yung kanta nya ang ginamit, hndi OPM

      Delete
Yikes.

      Delete
    8. as far as I know, you don't get paid for cover songs. may copyright claim yan and the income goes to the song's owner or record label.

      Delete
    9. are you seriously siding with ABS? Kadiri ka girl, mapang-api sa mga laborers.

      Delete
    10. Agree. He needs to clarify what songs. Something is fishy here. I don't trust the guy.

      Delete
    11. 1:08, Shut up, you dong know nothing. Just full of ignorant blah blah blah nonsense.

      Delete
    12. Eh ano naman kung hindi well known, ABS use his service so obligasyon na bayaran, yun ang point nya. Tard na tard eh

      Delete

    14. Blind fantard spotted😭

      Delete
    15. Tard na tard. Eww. Haha

      Delete
    16. ABS tard spotted. Regardless if he's known or not, your fave station should pay him. Took 7yrs for your ABS station to take action and pay him. Eeew lol

      Delete
    17. "the audacity" Lol make sure you're using the correct words next time.

      Delete
  12. Yikes ABS pagdating sa bayaran talagang waley!

  13. Bat after 7+ years Lang nagreklamo?

  14. Eto yung foreign youtuber sa pinas na nirate ang mga babae dito as low class, middle class and high class at binigyan ng kung ano anong tip ang mga foreigners na balak pumunta dito to date women. Ang mga low class girls daw dito use their looks. Medyo sketchy tong taong to. And besides if he really wants to be paid why not get a lwayer bakit may pag announce sa FB?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Because he doesn’t know any lawyer in pinas. He is an American, diba. Gets mo baks.

  15. Nakakahiya ang ABS kaloka

  16. ABS is the company pero my ibat ibang department yan. parang sa normal na trabaho pag may issue ka sa sahod mo dapat ba na sa marketing dept ka magreklamo or sa purchasing dept. so wag nyong lahatin ang sisi sa buong ABS CBN. tong mga troll na to makahanap lang ng negative issue sa ABS lalahatin na agad. lol mga pinoy talaga isip isip muna!

    1. they probably don’t think that way. Like, as long as it says abscbn, it’s the whole corporation’s fault hahaha

      Delete
    2. 1:37, it makes no difference. You are making nonsense excuses. Wrong is wrong. Abs is responsible, no matter what department. Gets mo.

      Delete
Like sa iba.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  20. Matanong lang, yung mga even one peso, ni kahit singkong duling, na wala binigay sa kanila, kapag binigyan ba sila ng piso or singko, okay na. Napaka walang sense kasi ng argument na to :D

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  23. Iba dito mga ewan. As if d rin yan ginagawa ng iba. Sus

    ReplyDelete
  24. Click baiter yan sa youtube. Mga opm kinakanta para sa views

    ReplyDelete
  25. Nu ba yan abs dami nyo issue sa bayaran

    ReplyDelete
  26. Business 101, write everything in a contract and let all parties sign it :) May phone ka naman... why not spend a few minutes on youtube and watch how to set up contracts :)

    1. didn’t he mention it was “contractually” owed to him? And what do you think he’s looking an atty for if there was nothing to run after legally?

  27. Jusko baka di worth bayaran hahahahaha di alam mga songs e.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Uhm... can we know the three sides of the story?
What songs? Whose songs? Who are the composers owners of the songs? And who is he?
Kaya all sides dapat

    ReplyDelete
  29. What song is he talking about? All I heard from him are lousy cover songs of OPM.

    ReplyDelete

    1. That’s not the issue. You are lost. Shut up ka na Lang baks. Lol.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Oh my, that’s embarrassing for ABS talaga. That’s too shameless of them, not to pay what’s due to him.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hay naku, maraming ganyan sa pinas kasi, but to think that a big former network is also like that. It’s too shameful.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  34. Good for him for embarrassing them to pay up. That’s the only way in pinas kasi.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Really? Kada 1 million, $0.003? Too low naman yata. So if your song has 100 million streams, you only get 30 cents? That doesn't seem right

      Delete
    2. Napa-search tuloy ako @10:17 haha ang shunga kasi ni 10:32… nabasa ko na per stream is equivalent to $0.005, so bale need ng 250 stream para magkaroon ka ng $1, di na rin masama ah

    ReplyDelete

    1. 8:51
Whether he is a clout-chaser or one who does lousy cover, that is not the point. ABS-CBN used his song with corresponding royalties. What is sure is wala lang comprehension.

  39. Anong song yan? Hahaha

  40. Met David 10 yrs ago, i think he had a filipina girlfriend that time kaya tumira sya dito sa Ph and then nagkatraction yung OPM covers nya. Performer din sya sa mga cruise lines before he came here

    ReplyDelete
  41. Bakit, bakit? Anong dahilan na naman ng away dito? Paki-explain nga sa akin (tamad akong mag-backread eh), hehehe!

    ReplyDelete
  42. And yet, makikita mo, may mag tatanggol pa rin sa ABS-CBN.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I’m old enough to know that you can’t trust anything or anyone in pinas. That’s what I’ve learned. Tama yan.

    ReplyDelete
Mostly with working staff, production crew, and now, this. But it's still a company, and it should take better care of its employees, whether it be a security guard, janitor, or make-up artist.
