  1. Catriona, I like you. Probably the best PH beauty queen, pero please, singing is NOT for you. Napaka-flat ng boses mo at parang walang emotional connection/spark. Stick to your strengths, pls.

  2. Early 2000 R'n'B feels, pang chill-out music. Pero ang bland ng MTV. Parang fashion photoshoot lang na ginawan ng video. Okay sana kung may story like yung mga MTV nina JLo or Mariah.

    1. Wala naman kasi sya star appeal. Kulang sa charm sa public. Pang beauty queen lang talaga beauty nya.

    2. binahiran kasi kaagad ng love life instead of focusing on her career.

  9. I don't like the lyrics, the melody, and the music video.

  10. She's not a good singer!

  11. Congrats Cath! Sana all nakukuha at natutupad lahat ng gusto

  12. The comments here are way too harsh. Please let her be. If you don’t like her singing, don’t listen. If it were my daughter, I would feel bad. She is chasing her dreams. She’s old enough to decide if she stops chasing it or keep going. Nothing wrong with trying.

    1. Nobody is telling her to stop singing or going after the profession she likes. It would be better if she hires a better composer, arranger, video & concept director and music producer to help her. Seems like she's not getting the right professional advice she needs.

    2. true haha, kung nakacomment akala mo mga nalampasan yung narating ni Cat eh

    5. Kung ako yang Cat, I will welcome all criticism, good or bad. Kasi dyan mo malalaman if bebenta ba ang music mo sa mga tao or hindi. Reality check to dzai.

  15. Parang same vibes with Telepatia by Kali Uchis.. I like it..

  16. I think she actually does sound really good. She has a great voice for Jazz and R&B. I'm not sure Pinoy market would buy it since she's not the usual biritera. Based on the comments here, she stands a much better chance of making a name for herself internationally where audiences are more open and appreciative. So funny how Pinoys will immediately jump on the Proud to be Pinoy bandwagon once this song gains some popularity abroad, lol!

  18. Sorry but she can’t sing real talk.

  19. Her song reminds me of 90s R&B.

  24. Not sure if it's nasally or it's overly processed..perhaps too much autotune? Anyway, not my cup of tea, but if she has a market, go and prosper.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yeah, definitely over processed. The production sounds a bit cheap. I don’t know what it is pero alam na alam agad if it was produced domestically lang. Sobrang loud ng vocals. There are also parts where the vocals don’t match the backing track, parang off-key. Please take this constructively na lang, Cat and team. You’re off to a good start.

    2. Diba? Hindi ko gets bakit nega ang comments sa kanya. I mean, kung sa boses lang naman mas maganda pa quality ng boses nya kaysa kina regine and sarah g..
