Gosh mga 7 yrs ago naalala ko nagemail or tweet ako sa kanya because I saw a newborn baby near Guadalupe bridge sa gilid highway dun na parang pinabayaan lang. Naactionan naman agad ng staff nya. Rest In Peace Dinky Soliman.. parang ang bata nya pa to die.
Kaya pala ang payat niya nung wake ni PNOY nag sama sama kasi un mga dating cabinet members ni PNOY. Sabi ko na may sakit. RIP DINKY SOLIMAN.
