Asawa ni Lea is American citizen. Automatic anak nya US citizen din, Lea i think is a dual citizen. Kaya sya nakakabalik dito para makapag work same as sa pinas.
I am literally watching this right now. Maling mali ang reaction ng America. It was fueled with emotional rage. Ang ending mas madameng civilian from Afghanistan and Iraq ang namatay and American soldiers halos triple ng casualty sa 9/11. Until now, they are still reaping the fruit of that terrible mistake. Nakakaawa mga innocent lives na nasayang because of terrorism.
Sa ganyan kasi, it's all conspiracies unless mapatunayan tlga ng concrete evidence.
Second home daw. She's been in theater all her life and probably has frequented NY because of that. I wouldn't wonder if she's granted a work visa and finally granted a gc and then citizenship.
1224 she was in California when 9-11 happened. She has a different kind of visa and eventually granted green card which she has to renew every 10 years. She is still a Filipino citizen..
Kahit sa tv mo lang napanood, kahit malayo ka pa, the impact is the same. If you’re an American or nasa America ka at that time, you’ll always remember where you were and who you were with when that tragedy happened. So please, wag nyong nila-lang lang ang memory of 9/11.
Nye, e may friends and acquaintances nga siya Sa New York, ayan nga nabanggit pa na "hired out of New York" karamihan sa kanila.
How much more if nasa US ka during that time. Kahit nasa ibang States k, apektado ka. During that time most of the cars, may nakalagay na US flags, sabi ng husband ko. P.S not bragging na nasa US ako, just validating Lea's feeling kahit na sabi sa TV nia lang napanood.
We will never forget.... naaalala ko, nanonood lang din ako sa TV ng news na pinakita yung impact nung 1st plane na tumama sa tower. Akala ng mga anchors accident lang, pero when the 2nd plane hit the 2nd tower and then eventually nag-collapse, napaluha ako. I could never imagine yung pakiramdam lalo na ng mga naiwan ng mga biktima. :(
Sobra kayong harsh kay Ms. Lea Salonga. She resided in NYC during her Ms. Saigon days sa Broadway and she made us all proud kung napanuod nyo lang sya. Plus nagka Tony Award pa sya aside from being able to perform and guested sa iba ibang shows dito sa America and she never forget na she came from the Philippines. All of us have our unforgettable stories to tell sa mga na experiences natin during 9/11. LALO NA SYA. Stop na sa pa woke woke na yan.Kina cancel na din yan dito. That's so "yesterday"... Stop being a**holes.
