Lol titles mean nothing. I wanna know the scope of his job. Or baka naman nakapasa din sa interview because the interviewers recognize him. There's all sorts of biases that exist talaga. Dito sa U.S, even if DEI is a big initiative in almost all tech companies, we still have a loooonnng way to go.
Privileged people. Yung nga matatagal ng may work experience sa BPO na nag-aapply will not get a project manager position ng ganun-ganun lang. And then here's an actor na walang muwang sa corporate world naging porject manager agad.
depende po siguro if big company or small company. parang ate ko dinaan sa tsika nakuha pero hirap na hirap sya sadami ng documemtation as project manager and small company sya maliit lang sweldo mga 30k
True. Before ka maging project manager sa bpo you should know how the operation works that means you need experience. Most project managers even need certification.
kung ang hr ay mga pinoy then expect the unexpected, they usually look for the school where you graduated and your course kung pangmayaman. bonus na lang kungnmay experience, this is what i have seen while working. they don't value tge employees na matagal na sa kanila, on one logistics company that I worked for, our finance supervisor was already working for them for almost 20 years he decided to apply for the dept. manager position. they didnt accept his application and told him to resign first on his current post, he resigned and guess what they didnt hire him for the dept. manager position despite the years of experience and good employee records.
yes, most hr sa "big 4" universities tumitingin. yung iba naka-specify pa talaga sa job description na preferred nila ang graduate from this school. mahalaga din naman ang experience at management skills, ano puro theory ka na lang?
August 2, 2021 at 12:46 AM beh, kung hndi ka pa nakakapagtrabaho s bpo, shut up k nlng. Napapaghalataan ka n wala kang alam s kalakaran dito. - call center agent since 2017
115 dahil dyan kaya nangibang bansa ako maski wla akong plano.
Once you tried working in the corporate world, malalaman mong may ladder talaga para sa simpleng employee, walang backer, walang kamag-anak na executive level. Imagine, no exp AT ALL tapos magmamanage ng tao & project? WTH?
Actually guys me companies talaga naghahire ng project managers kahit kaka pasok mo palang. Our company does that. You won't be managing people but small online projects.
I don't think he's telling the truth. No company will ever hire u especially in BPO world if u have no experience in that said field. Ops Manager ako for 5 years, when I tried to apply again with the same position I couldn't make it dahil andaming kakompetensya. Talino at experience ang labanan, thus I end up as Team leader ulit. Project manager, ano yun tutunganga ka? Zero knowledge. Baka agent. Nahiya lang magsabi ng totoo.
Merong siyang college degree, merong work experience sa pagiging Artista. He is also well-traveled, another way to learn and experience life and people. Sa Unang Hirit, they do segments that they also learn to manage on the fly.
Haays many comments above, clearly not in management and unsure whether they will make it for exhibiting (typical) cliche staff level thinking: myopic, unfounded conclusion, poor understanding of hiring decisions (sorry to say where you went to school makes a difference talaga, kung green, blue & maroon ka, pasok ka sa lahat). good for you juancho for this addition to your portfolio.

Ano pong kompanya yun?Walang experience Project Manager agad?Dapat at least 2 years experience as Project Manager.
Dapat work your way up. How can you manage kung Mas experienced ang staff?
First time pero project manager agad? Usually you start as an agent then you climb up the ladder sa BPO eh. Unless marami ka ng experience before na related to the position.
Good for him. Kaya maganda na may natapos at ibang set of skills para may fall back. Maski di nagtagal yung work nya, magandang experience yan for him.
Then boom tanggap. 1st bpo nya yun. Try din nung 10yrs sa bpo magtry mag apply for supervisor position baka swertehin
I know someone who had been jobless for a while. Then he was hired as a supervisor in a BPO. I am really wondering ano magic ginawa nya bakit siya kinuha
Baka sub par ang trabaho, tapos uineexpect na mapopromote just because of tenure. Ha!
Hehe
hays d nalng matuwa sa achievement ng ibang dami kuda eh atleast sya ngtry sya magaapply sya ng other job may diskarte sya d lang pagaartista alam nyan ng good for him natanggap sya hindi yung paawa effect lng hingi dto hingi dun
Just because you can't believe it doesn't mean it can't happen.
Not talangka. Most of us are decent employees who speak for the majority na ni hindi man lang makausad sa position nila kahit dekada na sa trabaho. Then here comes your idol Juancho who has nothing to offer but his face then uungusan pa yung well experienced talaga. Siguro wala ka pang work noh kaya you didn’t get the point?
2:22 Juancho is a college graduate who had years of experience in dealing with people of various classes. Nag host siya for a morning show. Wag triggered agad. Know the facts fitst
1:10 obviously di ka nagwork sa BPO company. There are reasons as to why you see such comments. Pagnagwork ka sa BPO, you'll know that you have to start at an entry level and work your way up. Regardless, it will still leave a bad taste sa mga taong experienced at matagal na sa kumpanya. Ganyan sa IT corporate world and they are not being talangka. He should be ashamed sa totoo lang.
2:22 Hindi makausad, bakit kaya? Maybe check your performance? I’m speaking from POV of an employer of a private company.
Also, who are you to say na hindi sya deserving?
He has that and a degree. He could be entry level project manager. Susko. Tatalangka mag isip. Bash dto bash dun.pag mag work at pinagmalaki ma mag work, humble brag. Pag nanghimgi privileged at tamad.
Entry level na project manager? Doesn't work that way dear. You dont apply in a company with no experience and become a project manager just coz your are confident. And yes, he's bragging. PM agad? Haha. It's not something nice to brag about. Obviously he doesn't know how BPO works dyan palang sa pagpost nya na PM sya. So he doesn't deserve it, thus the comments.
When you got me sa finding an alternative during pandemic kesa nganey then you bragged about getting a high position in corporate with 0 experience in the next statement. Epic fail yung bragging mo π
Sa mga ngsasabing Crab mentality, nagwowork ba kayo sa BPO industry? try nyo magresearch usually ilang years dpt ang exp. mo sa bpo world bago ka maging PM kaya unfair talaga yan. Meh, showbiz eme tsk tsk
Kudos to him for finding a job pero di na sana pinagmalaki.
For sure most comments here hindi alam ang takbo sa BPO and how they will tagged you sa role.
Hm... kinda shows the ethic kasi. You don't trash a person because he/she has no experience, instead you help them learn. Well, Art kasi field ko, so wala masyadong hilahaan/siraan. Instead, kopyahan hehe!
Kahit fresh grad pwede mapasok as project manager. Akala nyo ata "manager" as in mataas na ranggo na
Baka as in specific 'Project Manager' for a specific short-term project lang?
It’s caling out the injustice and unfairness of what happened.
Minsan title lang din yan, pero the work is comparable to normal rank and file. One account here in our company and title ng agents, logistics manager (B2B for a global shipping company) pero taga-track at encode sila ng orders, they don't really manage people.
16 yrs in BPO company here. wag po kayong magtaka if na hire sya as project manager agad. most of the accounts in a BPO needs someone who have a knowledge in marketing stuff or maybe an exposure to media. Project manager is a position that needs to think of a process improvement para tumaas sales or any strategies para ma meet demands ng client.
I worked in bpo for two years before I quit but it’s impossible to move to up that fast kasi there are so many more with many years of experience before you.
Dami namang galit dito.
More almost 15yrs nako nagwowork.
At wala akong backer at graduate ako ng state university.
May mga magagaling talaga like me since birth hahaha
Sino ba kase nagsabi sainyong magtagal ng ten years sa isang company as entry level?? Pwede naman magapply sa iba.
Ka officemate ko po si Juancho, and yung post nya is just for a temporary project lang kaya sya nakuha even without managerial experience. Sana po maging malinaw na.
In my company, our project managers are not bosses in the traditional sense. They create and keep track of project plans, make sure tasks are completed according to schedule, and raise alarms if they’re not. So yes, someone fresh from college can function as a project manager. That title doesn’t mean you’re above everyone else.
Bago pa maka graduate si Juancho, he’s been starting and running businesses of his own. So it’s not like wala siyang experience sa management. He’s fit to run a project

They are Individual Contributors sa company. Nakakaloka. Ang nenega ng mga tao dito! Dun kayo kay Ping Medina!
he applied and got hired bakit kayo galit sa kanya? magalit kayo sa naghire? lol and if the HR thinks that he is qualified enough to do a "project manager" job in a BPO na depende naman sa account kung anong role ang ganap ng PM then its okay. as long as he did his job. di sya tumagal then he gained experience so next time na mag apply sya may experience na sya dba. that is how employment works naman dapat dba? kesehodang fresh grad or not as long as you are qualified then go. baka naman kasi fresh grad is accepted sa condition ng application... galet agad kayo? crying unfair? unfair naman talaga ang mundo mga sis tanggapin na natin.galit na galit kayo sa mga negastars pero kayo din nega.
Hey guys chill. I was in BPO for more than 10yrs. Not all Project Manager titles are managerial level or managing teams/manpower. Some BPO's have project managers as entry level positions. These companies are usually on data processing/back end. They still go through training and some would be regularized, some won't. Let's just be happy that BPO's are still hiring despite the pandemic.
So many nega comments. At least nag apply at nagtrabaho ng marangal yung tao ano, it's not like he got a cushy job na tatamadtamad lang at walang ginagawa.
Daming bitter. Ano ba.
BPO employee here! Hello po, his title may sound BIG because of “Manager”, but sometimes it’s just a title.. we have account managers or project managers but they are also staff (rank & file) levels. Maybe it just means he’s handling a certain project or account in the company. Like in ours for example, our corp department handles companies so they assign a certain staff to handle the needs of one company, they’re like the contact or liaison officer.. ganern..
Exactly. Akala nila agad mala OM or site director yun position. Also, in IT ang nagcoconnect ng client and tech people is called a project manager. He sees the project through.
Equal opportunity may experience o wala.
Sa mga pictures, it seems that he is in charge of advertising…media mileage where he has an experience so I will understand kung maging project manager siya. Maybe it’s also for a short-lived project lang din kasi di naman kailangan na palaging may advertising na ganyan kabongga ang BPO- BPO Recruitment Manager
ang daming hanash dto. BPO since 1998. Nag OM, Nag Director. nag workforce, nag recruitment. MANAGER talga in the truest sense of the word.
Keep it up
ReplyDeleteGrabe mga PaREVEALS! Heart Stopping!

ReplyDeleteSame question. It's an honest living pero sobrang questionable na walang experience sa BPO nor any other corporate job tapos projecr manager agad.
DeleteGrabe. Bitter!! Paki niyo eh di gayahin niyo
DeleteOh eh di #AlamsNa π♀️π♀️
Delete12:15 Exactly my thoughts. Why would a company hire someone of a managerial position with no experience at all. Sounds questionable indeed.π€
DeleteTrue. Before ka maging project manager sa bpo you should know how the operation works that means you need experience. Most project managers even need certification.
DeleteIf i were him, i would be embarrassed to tell the world that i was hired as project manager without any experience in regard to that field.
DeleteUng last line nya ako napaisip. Baka di sya na regular sa work. Medyo questionable na PM agad sya unless kilala nya me ari nung kumpanya

Also, who are you to say na hindi sya deserving?
ReplyDelete1:19 read the last sentence, di daw nagtagal.
Deleteok at least naghanap ng work pero grabeng pistion nya w/o experience pa yan ha.project manager talaga.
ReplyDeleteAnd what’s your qualifications to become PM agad agad?
DeleteCrab mentality? I see an unjust system.
DeleteLowkey bragging yung first time in a corporate setting eh manager agad π
ReplyDelete1:54 Depende yan sa perception ng nagbabasa. Kung insecure ka, you would think na bragging ang lahat ng sinasabi ng iba.
Deletesobrang laki ng hawig nila ni Sam YG.. they can pass for cousins hehe. I guess may certain type si Joyce :)
ReplyDeleteSa bpo number 1 yun confidence. He has that and a degree. He could be entry level project manager. Susko. Tatalangka mag isip. Bash dto bash dun.pag mag work at pinagmalaki ma mag work, humble brag. Pag nanghimgi privileged at tamad.
ReplyDeleteKahit first level pa yan baks its a managerial position in a BPO.
DeleteHuh? Straight your facts bago kumuda!
DeleteEntry level na project manager? Doesn't work that way dear. You dont apply in a company with no experience and become a project manager just coz your are confident. And yes, he's bragging. PM agad? Haha. It's not something nice to brag about. Obviously he doesn't know how BPO works dyan palang sa pagpost nya na PM sya. So he doesn't deserve it, thus the comments.
YOU straighTEN out your facts.
DeleteWhen you got me sa finding an alternative during pandemic kesa nganey then you bragged about getting a high position in corporate with 0 experience in the next statement. Epic fail yung bragging mo π
ReplyDeleteSa mga ngsasabing Crab mentality, nagwowork ba kayo sa BPO industry? try nyo magresearch usually ilang years dpt ang exp. mo sa bpo world bago ka maging PM kaya unfair talaga yan. Meh, showbiz eme tsk tsk
Kudos to him for finding a job pero di na sana pinagmalaki.
For sure most comments here hindi alam ang takbo sa BPO and how they will tagged you sa role.
Delete2:24, you make no sense.
Hm... kinda shows the ethic kasi. You don't trash a person because he/she has no experience, instead you help them learn. Well, Art kasi field ko, so wala masyadong hilahaan/siraan. Instead, kopyahan hehe!
ReplyDeleteHindi naman sya entry level for you to stay that they "trash" him for having no experience. Basa ka ulit mamsh.
DeleteHelp them learn? Managerial position yan.
Kahit fresh grad pwede mapasok as project manager. Akala nyo ata "manager" as in mataas na ranggo na
ReplyDeleteYung inapplyan ko manager yung title pwedeng without experience pero dapat with latin honors nung college. Ganun ba sya?
DeleteBaka as in specific 'Project Manager' for a specific short-term project lang?
It’s caling out the injustice and unfairness of what happened.
ReplyDeleteGanun talaga buhay sis, yung iba, months palang tagal showbiz, big role agad. Yung iba ten years na, starlet padin. Kanya kanya tayo ng destiny.
DeleteKapag may artistang ayaw magbanat ng buto gagalet kayo.
ReplyDeletePag may artistang naghanap ng work gagalet padin kayo hahaha anyare mga mamsh?
Lol, manager na pala siya agad, e wala namang experience or knowledge. Kaloka diba.
Delete2:52, Shut up. You are missing the point. Get real baks.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteMinsan title lang din yan, pero the work is comparable to normal rank and file.
ReplyDeleteOne account here in our company and title ng agents, logistics manager (B2B for a global shipping company) pero taga-track at encode sila ng orders, they don't really manage people.
ReplyDeleteDami namang galit dito.
More almost 15yrs nako nagwowork.
At wala akong backer at graduate ako ng state university.
May mga magagaling talaga like me since birth hahaha
Love it!!!
DeleteSelf-praise is no praise.
Delete3:08 she's clearly joking. Tinamaan ka ba sa sinabi niya?! Hahahahaha
Sino ba kase nagsabi sainyong magtagal ng ten years sa isang company as entry level?? Pwede naman magapply sa iba.
ReplyDeleteDaming bitter. O ngayon kayo ang mag artista Dali Para maexperience niyo Yan..
ReplyDeleteKa officemate ko po si Juancho, and yung post nya is just for a temporary project lang kaya sya nakuha even without managerial experience. Sana po maging malinaw na.
ReplyDeleteMabait ba sya sis? at gwapo in person? hihi
DeleteIn my company, our project managers are not bosses in the traditional sense. They create and keep track of project plans, make sure tasks are completed according to schedule, and raise alarms if they’re not. So yes, someone fresh from college can function as a project manager. That title doesn’t mean you’re above everyone else.
ReplyDeleteBago pa maka graduate si Juancho, he’s been starting and running businesses of his own. So it’s not like wala siyang experience sa management. He’s fit to run a project
ReplyDeleteIn my company, our project managers are not bosses in the traditional sense. So yes, someone fresh from college can function as a project manager. That title doesn’t mean you’re above everyone else. ---- YES!! Project Managers do not have people working under them. They are Individual Contributors sa company. Nakakaloka. Ang nenega ng mga tao dito! Dun kayo kay Ping Medina!
ReplyDeleteSana hindi na lang nya sinabi na Proj Manager sya, it made people question tuloy the BPO company.
ReplyDeletehe applied and got hired bakit kayo galit sa kanya? magalit kayo sa naghire? lol and if the HR thinks that he is qualified enough to do a "project manager" job in a BPO na depende naman sa account kung anong role ang ganap ng PM then its okay. as long as he did his job. di sya tumagal then he gained experience so next time na mag apply sya may experience na sya dba. that is how employment works naman dapat dba? kesehodang fresh grad or not as long as you are qualified then go. baka naman kasi fresh grad is accepted sa condition ng application... galet agad kayo? crying unfair? unfair naman talaga ang mundo mga sis tanggapin na natin.galit na galit kayo sa mga negastars pero kayo din nega.
ReplyDeleteHey guys chill.
ReplyDeleteSo many nega comments. At least nag apply at nagtrabaho ng marangal yung tao ano, it's not like he got a cushy job na tatamadtamad lang at walang ginagawa.
ReplyDeleteDaming bitter. Ano ba.
ReplyDeleteBPO employee here! Hello po, his title may sound BIG because of “Manager”, but sometimes it’s just a title.. we have account managers or project managers but they are also staff (rank & file) levels. Maybe it just means he’s handling a certain project or account in the company. Like in ours for example, our corp department handles companies so they assign a certain staff to handle the needs of one company, they’re like the contact or liaison officer.. ganern..
ReplyDeleteYeah, literal na nagmamanage ng account!
DeleteExactly. Akala nila agad mala OM or site director yun position. Also, in IT ang nagcoconnect ng client and tech people is called a project manager. He sees the project through.
DeleteAndami namang inggitero sa Pilipinas! Omg! Shocking! Can't you all be happy to see a person do a decent job? Lol!
Equal opportunity may experience o wala.
DeleteSa mga pictures, it seems that he is in charge of advertising…media mileage where he has an experience so I will understand kung maging project manager siya.
Shut up. We are in pinas. Gets mo.
DeleteMay naka work ba siya dito mga classmate?
ReplyDeleteHahahahaha, Kaloka ang explanation nang iba dito. Project manager daw pero it’s not really a boss or management. Ano ba yan, gawa gawa lang. lol.
ReplyDelete6:09 project ang imamanage, not necessarily tao. And yes, pwedeng mag gawa gawa ng kumpanya, prerogative nila yun.
Deleteang daming hanash dto. BPO since 1998. Nag OM, Nag Director. nag workforce, nag recruitment. MANAGER talga in the truest sense of the word.
O sha sha, Time is up! Juancho’s 15 minutes of fame is done lol. Balik starlet na uli sya π
ReplyDeleteQue one man team or may nilelead talaaga syang team. For sure suportado sya ng subordinates nia kasi artista. Lalo na ang mga girls at gays. Hahaha...
ReplyDeleteWow, good work Juancho!
ReplyDeleteBachelors degree holder, no prev experience tapos manager agad? San yan?
ReplyDelete
