Diabetes is now consider a lifestyle disease.. it can reverse by eating low carbs and plant base diet. Kaya mostly ng mga pinoy these days nsa 40s palang diabetic na ang lakas kasi sa rice and red meat.
In defense of 7:31... Hindi naman ganon ang Sabi nya 5:10. Hindi nya sinasabi na wag na mag effort dahil namatay rin naman. Ibig nyang sabihin it’s the way of the body’s resistance to metabolize sugar no matter how careful a person is with his/her food choices. Kasi nga it’s genetic, somewhat it is in your DNA. I am speaking for myself, too!

For the LI, very common sa Asians. May gamot for that, I think Lactaid? And a lot of dairy brands are releasing lactose free milk. I hope it works out for her.
Ang sagot diyan tumunga ka ng tumunga ng gatas para masanay tiyan mo sa lactose. Ganyan din ako dati. Nag gatas ako lalo para masanay tiyan ko. Dati din namamantal ako sa mga hipon at crabs, ginawa ko kumain ako ng kumain ng hipon at crabs. Nawala din. Wag mo lang gagawin un if un allergy mo ay un di ka makahinga dahil sa loob pala ng hingaan mo un nag coconstrict o nangangapal. Delikado un. Sa cholesterol naman may good at bad. Depende kaya dapat lipid profile papacheck mo.
Tumungga ng tumungga ng gatas? Jusme mula ng ipanganak ako tumutungga na ko ng gatas pero eto nasa 30s na lactose intolerant pa din. Hindi yan totoo masaklap pa nyan habang tumatagal lalong lumalala.

Kaya mga baks eat minimal to moderate lang. Exercise is the key also. Basta siguraduhin nyo na bad cholesterol (LDL) is below 100. Dapat ang good cholesterol (HDL) nyo greater than 40-50... if mababa ang HDL nyo greater risk for heart attack.

Kapag malilipit ang tyan mo. Hindi lang nag poopo ka noh. Kapag nga gusto mo ma poopo mag kape gatas ka sa umaga. Para pag alis mo ng bahay solve ka na sissy di ka na mag worry na maghanap ng public restroom di ba haha
Pacheck-up ka po sa endocrinologist or cardiologist sila po mag request nyan… 3 times ka po binigyan ng parang juice bale every hour 1 bottle the after 10-20 minutes mag extract po sila ng dugo to test your glucose… if meron po increase yon sa blood concentration nyo po that will signify the meron kayo intolerance…
Nasa genetics ng tao yan. May lahi ng high blood, hypertension etc etc May alam ako kain ng kain ng pa high blood pero normal pa din kasi mabilis metabolism
