Well, the video is partial at best. Did not show Tony had hands on the girl at any point, mean while that unknown seemingly drunk guy in the black t-shirt who was sitting had his hands around the girls waist.
Tony seemed to had his hands/arms kept to himself in that video. So nothing seems incriminating. Unless there's more evidence. It seems like Drake is just trying to fabricate something and take the first strike and pretend to be the victim.
all i see from that video, text message, and instagram post is drake making all the threats meanwhile nothing demeaning or incriminating from the other side. Is he trying to play the victim card and create drama?
