You can actually complain. I always escalate to the Govt Agency’s head kung alam kong tama ako. Google mo lang email addresses nila o di kaya copy mo DTI at Pres Action Center, super bilis maresolve mga issues. I dont like ranting online tapos wala akong ginagawang reklamo sa kinauukulan.
1:14 I can confirm this. Mga ilang buwan delayed yung isa kong ID. I eventually found out na yung Post Office namin may kasalanan. I emailed their head office to complain and it was quickly resolved.
They didnt give her a follow up number, just a "we'll contact you" at walang napala si bela kaya sya nagpost sa social media.
I can relate to this!! I bought a pendant necklace worth 4k (not real gold, sterling silver lang) and I was charged 2k duties and taxes. Di ko makuha kuha cos I have to email/chat them for weeks. 2 weeks of exchange pero di pa nareresolve. Pinagpapasa pasahan ako.
Panong entitled and living in a bubble yung ginawa ni Bela?? Please enlighten me. Siya nga victim ng pagiging corrupt ng BOC eh so may karapatan siya magalit and magreklamo. Kaloka.
Twenty euros worth of shoes to be given to a celebrity for her to feature? Tapos didn’t Bela mention they supposedly shipped more than 1 pair? That’s totally unrealistic. Imbis na inintindi nung consignee yung ginawa nung consignor sa kanya which is to send a “gift” but misdeclare the value and effectively pass on the burden of payment of the correct taxes to her upon receipt of the parcel, siniraan niya lang ng husto yung BOC. Yes the agency is VERY VERY VERY far from perfect, we all know that, pero be fair naman—to the govt agency and even to yourself, Bela. A brand supposedly sent you a gift, which you ended up paying the correct taxes for cause they misdeclared, tapos in the process, dinagdagan mo pa yung galit sa isang troubled govt agency when it rightfully flagged the package for having misdeclared goods.
Lol
Welcome to the Philippines. If you're a celebrity that has a massive following, you're issues are going to get resolved quickly. But if you're an ordinary citizen, well..you just have to suck it up.
oy, hindi instant yang kay bela. she has been trying to reach out to customs for some time. nilabas lang niya kase strike two na sila and walang communication after she kept asking. kamo, baka dahil artista, akala nila pay agad.
Now i dont buy things and send it to pinas as gifts.
Sana magkaroon ng hotline for those who are not artista kapag nagiging corrupt na ang BOC sa packages nila. I send balikbayan boxes to my loved ones sa Pinas and thank God I haven't experienced this yet.
DeleteSorry baks ano bang nangyari?
DeleteYun naman pala eh. So anong naging issue?
Privilege as an artista kasi kapag na-call out sila ng kilalang tao nakakarating sa kataas taasan unlike ordinary people like us.
DeleteTruee
ReplyDeleteKorek.
DeleteHindi kasama mga ordinaryong mamAmayan. Pag artista nag call out siguradong May action.

DeleteSana all. boc mahiya kayo
Kapag maganda and/or known personality, todo pakita or show off. Kapag ordinaryong tao, nga nga. 🙃🙃🙃
ReplyDeleteFeeling entitled and living in a bubble talaga mga artista dito.
ReplyDeleteminsan sila din ang boses ng masa
DeleteThats because of all the praise random people give them. Faney na faney
