Kahit pa celebrities sila and may means to make it "easier" to diet, wag natin idiscount ung challenges nila and discipline. Kung ikaw kaya mayaman tulad nila, lahat ng food na masasarap iiwasan mo lalong lalo na ung mga nagdedeliver sa kanila ng mouthwatering foods, snacks, deserts drinks halos araw2x, di ka rin ba mahihirapan? Kaya kudos to them for their self control and discipline! :)
Mahirap na talagang maibalik ang dating body figure natin when we were in our 20s. Our body will change as we age and it is okay.
