Ang mga High-Rise talaga e Pang mga dukha yan kaso ginawang mga pang mga high-end dahil me elevators at lobbies pa na parang mga hotels. Sa mga rich e yung mga sprawl.
FYI, mahal ang HDB flat sa Singapore lalo na ngayon. Minimum S$90k non-mature estate para lang sa 1 bedroom flat and as high as S$725k for a 4 bedroom flat in a mature estate.
7 years ago, my in-laws bought their 3 bedroom resale flat for S$450k. For a typical Singaporean, that's not cheap.
I can’t live in blocked buildings in Pinas parang mas lalong mausok at feeling ko umuuga lagi lol. Aside from forever kng magbabayad ng association, maintenance, secu fees hindi pa masyadong isolated mga walls dinig ang ingay da elevator, sa baba ng floor that’s why i sold my condo ang lipat sa province e di happy na tipid pa.
ME TOO. I also want to have my own house with garden or space separate to neighbors. Kung baga, hndi nakadikit or malapit ang house ko from the neighbors. Para sa ganyun, may privacy, space for leisure (gardening, playing with kids/pets, and party kung pede na).
Mahirap ito sa metro manila, gawa ng lot and ang mamahal ng land dito sa metro manila. Kaya maganda mag invest sa kalapit probinsya. Sana nga lng makapag ipon ako for this

Well if ur single forever and ung city girl ka talaga, condo suits you. Pero i wud rather buy a house than a condo lol. Mahal mahal ng dues, tapos syempre kung gusto ko malaki like goergina wilsons condo e kamusta naman presyo lol.
Out of a lot of condos na napuntahan ko yung sa isang friend ko lang yung nagustuhan ko ever that i find it homey and comfy. Three units ba naman sa makati pagdugtungin hahaha sa iba parang nakakabaliw tirahan especially if you're alone.
Good for your KC! Iba pa rin ang bahay lalo na pay may malaking yard. You can plant and grow your own vegetables at kung may mga anak ka na masaya kasi they have a space where they could play outdoors.

Minsan mapapaisop ka din tlg e noh. Ung ang daming pera pero grabe makapost ng wealth nila. While ako na ordinaryong nilalang e ingat na ingat magpost ng any material things na nabibili ko dahil ayoko na mayabang ang dating ko. Parang exhausting tumira aa condo especially kung high floor pa yung flat and malayo ang parking. Also, yung mga nakakatiis ng walang balcony yung unit nila.. ako di ko kaya yun
Di lang malayo parking, mahal din ang presyo ng parking lol. Almost a million din depends pa kung sang condo ka nakatira. Ganyan friend ko, nasa bahay na lumipat pa ng condo. Tapos rereklamo mahal daw maintenance haha.
Laguna is a good place, accessible to everything. Close to the beaches of Batangas; hiking trails of Mt. Makiling, Mt. Maculot, Mt. Banahaw etc; lakes of Laguna de Bay, Caliraya, Tagaytay etc, and posh bars of Alabang.
Ako lang ba or parang ang shallow nya? There are meaningful ways to say why and how you thought of moving from a condo to a house but parang ang shallow nya. Teenager ang peg.
At this time of pandemic when our newsfeeds are becoming like an obituary page sana she should’ve posted something more relevant. FYI I’m not bitter. In fact we have several properties but I never posted anything not even food pics at this time when a lot of people (my friends, their family members, etc) are dying. We can still enjoy life outside social media but let’s be sensitive and empathetic to other people’s plight. You’ll never know kasi that your “tone deaf” post might trigger a negative emotional response or might push someone to the edge.
Char wala ka lang pang rent ng condo baks. Aminin.. wag na maraming chika. Condo living ako for 5 yrs. Okay naman.. peaceful and 24/ 7 ang security, so its really food. And depende din sa kaya mo pag maliit ang unit ok lang ur choice.. at sa ngsasabi nka box bakit wala ka bang paa para lumabas mn lang at mg enjoy sa amenities ng condo? Hayy wag kau nega. It doesn't if it's a posh penthouse. Some people prefer the larger spaces and natural gardens of a house. Besides, an apartment still shares space - even if you have your own lift, the hallways are public, your mailbox is in the lobby, the car park is shared, your visitors also access common areas, etc.

Depends on the preferences pa din yung iba kasi gusto ng yard or garden kahit sobrang liit lang. Ako personally i dont like the idea na my kapitbahay and I are sharing a single wall.

Sa mga celebrity homes,kay Solenn ung gusto ko. Lots of outdoor space and greenery. Dami celebrity homes kse na sobrang laki nga pero puro concrete naman ang paligid. Hindi nginvest in a good outdoor area and landscaping,mas priority kase na malaki dpat ang bahay. I guess,ngaung pandemic,dami nakarealize sa value ng outdoor living space,especially if you have kids.
Watch mo house tour ni Solenn sabi nya na they took time sa bahay na yun kasi sa condo nya dati nagpa interior designer sya tapos di naman pala yun yung bet nya kaya it doesnt feel homey for her.
Okay nman ang condo pero mas okay at iba pa rin ang house ksi pwede mo gawin ang gusto mo like a mini garden a pool if afford hehe and if may yard pwedeng pang occassions..at kung na reach mo na ang senior age mas gusto mo na may pinagkakaabalahan ka so hndi pwede if sa condo ka so mas okay pg house tlga.
Iba pa rin talaga ang bahay. We lived in an apartment before walang outdoor and very minimal yung storage space. When my family moved to a house, ang sarap ng feeling. You have a sense of ownership and breathing space.
Sarap pag may malaki ka garden nkka relax and yung pets patakbo takbo ang cute diba then may outdoor kitchen ka ihaw ihaw din congrats kc u made da the right decision..
