  3. Go go go Mariel! Plant-based diet is always effective talaga. That's what I'm doing, malapit na ako sa weight goal ko, 5 pounds nalang. Yaaassss!

  5. Mga baks nakakapayat ba tlaga ang laging fruits at vege, or ok lang may kanin sa tanghali? Gusto ko sana maski maglose ng 5kilos kaso ang hirap.

    2. Baks, pinaka effective to lose weight is a combination of keto (less carbs), intermittent fasting at high intensity work out. It’s not easy Pero super effective.

    3. Girl, i suggest yung INTERMITTENT FASTING. Search mo sya.you can eat whatever you want as long as nasa time frame ng eating window mo. I started with 18:6. Bale 18 hours ka hindi kakain tapos eating window mo 6 hours depende sayo kung saan ka komportable. Kumakain lang ako ng 3pm hanggang 8pm. After nun, fasting na. I lost 3 kilos na in a month. Pwede mo iadjust ang oras mo kung saan ka komportable, ayoko kas matulog ng gutom kaya ganon sched pinili ko. Search ka lang sis and goodluck with our weightloss journey!

    5. Depende sa type of fruits and veggies. Madaming veggies and fruits sobrang taas ng carbs din. Green veggies are usually the ones to go for.

    6. Just eat at a deficit and you will lose weight. Kahit mcdo kinakain mo basta within calorie limit mo per day, you will slim down. Pero siyempre in the long run mas maganda kung you eat healthy food.

    8. 1:59 - balanced diet, exercise and discipline are better in the long run. don't fall for fad diets. yes - they work pero depende sa katawan mo yan and if you could maintain it. i suggest eat whatever you like/enjoy, but in moderation. cutdown on rice/carbs, but don't eliminate it from your diet. opt for healthier options. sabayan mo rin ng exercise. start with low intensity exercise (such as walking daily aiming for 10,000 steps), then gradually increase or switch to a higher intensity exercises 3-4 x a week. combine it with cardio and strengthening. check the youtube videos from:

      patience is also the key for a successful weight loss journey. don't expect for an instant result.

      P.S. don't forget to consult with your doctor if starting a new program or listen to what your body says. if you don't feel well, don't push yourself. ang importante finding what works for you and saan ka mag-enjoy. good luck! :)

    9. Try to portion your food. Baka mamaya mag keto or low carb ka ang ending mag binge eat ka. FYI, you have to check with your doctor if you plan on doing Keto, it's not for everyone.

  8. Ganyan din po ata ung diet ni Ms. AiAi vegetarian/organic diet pero pag tumatagal po.. ung iba parang mukhang pagod. Iba iba po siguro ng effect or pagna sobrahan sa work out. Pansin ko lang po pati ung kay Billy na keto diet nawala ung freshness nya but ang laki ng pinayat.
