I commend Karla for her hardworking towards achieving a healthy life and body. Pero hindi lahat ng momshies may kakayahan tulad niya na may oras at equipment para pumayat.
12:16 I am not well-off nor I have gym equipments at home. I work full time like 8am to 9pm since I work at home. Love my job and I don't get physically tired from it. Pero pumayat din ako ha. Nag intermittent fasting ako and I lost 20 kilos. In short, pag walang pera pang gym o pambili exercise machines, magpagutom la na lang baks.
Nku madami ding ngpapayat na di naman mamahalin food nila at may work din sila. Low carb lng din tlaga katapat. No rice, bread and pasta. Replace it with vegetables and eggs.
May pagbabago naman sana Lang tuloy tuloy na lalo na may equipments sya sa house wala excuse excuse. Kung samahan nya ng fasting or diet mas may pagbabago pa siguro.
She lost some weight kahit konti which is good. The point is she is trying to be healthier. Wag po tayong masyadong nega a little improvement is still an improvement.

DeleteNagbago yung body composition niya which is good for her health dahil dangerous ang visceral fat. Halata naman na nawala yung taba niya sa waistline.
