You are so negative. It's not because she is a Filipino. She has the talent and that is why she got the part not because of her ethnicity. Girl, be happy for her. Filipino is not the only audience of the show. It's quite popular in the US.

Pano ba naman sa binagal bagal ng internet natin, isa padin tayo sa mga pinaka maraming oras nilalaan sa internet. And this show is one of those. Ang daming bashers ng show nato so I guess they're baiting us with a Pinoy cast para mahatak tayo at manood. Still proud of AC anyways. And she's talented too.
While nakakaproud makakita ng Pinoy sa internatiol scene, super obvious na din na one way yan ng mga producer na pampahype dahil nakita na nila kung gaano kasolid mga Pinoy. Hahatak yan ng shares and likes sa social media at mabboost popularity which in turn will make other people believe na sikat ang show
Truth 1:29. Haiz wla n tlgang magandang US teen series. Puro toxican and patayan. Worse, they ruined people's childhood. Nakakainis ang pagnostalgia bait nila. Miss ko n ang mga old teen shows
PS. Despite i dont like riverdale, mas matino p ito kesa s winx (fate). Grabe tlga ang inis ko s fate/winx live action series.
Panget talaga ng Riverdale. Pinanood ko lang NOON kahit na panget ang plot dahil attractive ang mga actors and actresses. Mas lalong nag go downhill nung namatay si Luke Perry, yung gumanap na tatay ni Archie, whom I fondly call "matandang crush." Pero yeah seriously nung sinabi ni Cheryl na she owns the color red atsaka nung naging Goblin Queen/Princess/Whatever si Betty. Nung sinabi ni Jughead na weird siya pag walang hat. Yeah, right. Dun na ako nag stop manood. Hay. Buti na lang maganda ang You. Parehas daw ng creators ng Riverdale and You. Dun na ako sa okay ang story and acting: You. Tapos pag tanungin ng crush mo kung anong favorite series mo, sabihin mo lang, "I'm watching YOU."
Trueee. Me too I tried to watch it to see what's the commotion about. Hindi ko alam kung natapos ko ba ang ep1 or hanggang 2 lng ako. Ampanget talaga. I dont know kung bakit ang lakas ng following nito. Miss kuna yung mga Gossip Girl vibes.

Ok na sana kaya lang sobrang pangit na ng Riverdale... Keri pa season 1 and 2 pero yung mga susunod na season sobrang labo and walang sense yung kwento.
