You are right. Same here sa US. Any company will fire you on the spot for insubodination and unprofessional conduct! This could have easily been fixed yung nangyari nila with Janno Gibbs. It was petty yung away nila. Normal lang yang nagaaway sa work unless sinaktan siya physically! But what she did she do? She made it worst. Pati mga inosenteng pamilya at magulang ni Janno dinamay pa sa kabastusan! Sorry to say but this woman has a bad attitude, egoistic and has no respect for others!

Girl, lahat ng tao may karapatang sigawan ka and vice versa because that's an emotional response of a person you provoked. Yelling at each other is ok but posting it on social media to fish sympathy and make other people bash the other person is not ok. You have to follow and respect the company code of conduct, not your own personal code of conduct just because you are provoked. You should have let the company handled it but...oh well.
