    1. Eto ang tunay na biktima ng circumstance.

    2. Malamang tahimik lang yan si Pacquio kasi wala yang courage to stand against PNP

      Delete

  2. Ibig sabihin lalaban ang lawyer nila na homicide, instead of double murder.

      Delete
    2. Their lawyer will fight for self defense, hence, the not guilty plea. If they want homicide then that means they have to plead guilty... smh!

      Delete
    3. Oo Ganun talaga trabaho ng lawyer . Kahit May kasalanan ka.. they will protect you . I forgot Anu tawag sa kanila basta Alam ko Meron. Yung cousin ko na lawyer had dead threats before kasi yung client niya makasalan and murderer talaga and yes napanalo naman niya ang case

      Delete
    4. There was an intent to kill. Ulo at puso ang binaril. Murder yan dapat.

      Delete
    5. 1:45 Accomplice. Kasabwat na sa krimen.

      Delete

      Delete
    7. 1:45 Defense attorney

      Delete
    8. 1.45 not sure if naintindihan ko but you’re proud na naipanalo nung cousin mo yung client nya na murderer?

      Delete
    9. 1:09 in short she is saying na magaling na lawyer cousin niya.

      Delete
    10. 1:41 it can not be self defense since the suspect came to the victims' turf. And he had a gun. Maari pa na homicide. Pag murder kasi premeditated

      Delete
  3. Ganyan talaga pag akala nilang maipaglalaban nila yung ginawa nila. It's pretty common for these thugs to plead not guilty. Ang importante, he will be found guilty at the end of the trial.

Hndi yung may VIP treatment.

      Delete

      Delete
  4. He pleaded not guilty kasi mdami po factors like pede siya mag file ng insanity, so pde iconsider yun sa not guilty plead.
Yung nga lang, wala talaga siya konsensya.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. He cannot file for insanity. That was alrrady said in the news because he is an active cop in service the day that happened.

      Delete
    2. He could not use insanity since that would mean he should not be working sa pNP and he should not be carrying a weapon

      Delete
  5. Correct me if I’m wrong but pleading not guilty does not mean he’s saying he’s innocent. He’s just saying it’s not murder. He’s probably going for manslaughter. I don’t know what his defense is but I think they’re going for temporary insanity or “heat of the moment”. Hindi ako expert but I’ve been watching too many crime documentaries. Kasi for murder, I think it needs to have a planning element or intention sa simula pa lang. In short, nagmamarunong lang. lol.

      Delete
    2. 2:02 i think may planning syang ginawa since kung balak lng niya pagalitan ang kapitbahay n nagboboga, hndi dapat sya magdadala ng baril. Also, bringing your own daughter as videographer or taga kuha ng video, it means n balak nya gamitin ang video for his self defense or ebidensya nya laban s kapitbahay (nanglaban or ang kapitbahay ang nauna and such)

      Delete
    3. 2:02, you are exactly correct. Ganyan ang puwede niyang gawing defense.

      Delete
    4. Yes parang ganun na nga. Lighter sentence habol nya and a greater chance for a pardon later on

      Delete
    5. 2:02 I think you're right. Heat of the moment manslaughter ang ilalaban nila ng defence attorney niya kasi from the video he was triggered at dun na siya nang gigil. Lighter sentence ang gusto nila pero I hope not, guilty sana ihatol sa kanya para life imprisoment without parole.

      Delete
    6. T@n94 n lng ng judge kung maniwala n "heat of the moment" since kung tlgang heat of the moment, dapat umpisa plang wla n sya dalang baril and tagavideo

      Delete
    7. I’m 2:02. I’m not his sympathizer and I really want him to rot in jail for the rest of his life. I’m just looking at it from the criminal law na aspect. As far as I know, mas madali maipanalo ang manslaughter kysa murder and shorter ang trial period. We’re talking years here. Also from the side of the victims’ family, mas mahabang trial means financial burden sa side nila. For now, madami nakaabang pa sa case. May mga pulitikong nakiki ride on sa case nato which is beneficial for the family. But how about 2 or 3 years from now? They’d be left to deal with this. Also, bringing the daughter to the confrontation can work for either party. Nuezca can claim that the fact na dinala niya ang daughter niya means he never intended pumatay. Pagalingan na lang talaga ng arguments toh.

      Delete
    8. Pero mere words, no matter how offensive, are never adequate provocation.

      Delete
    9. Parang malabo kasi binaril niya TWICE not once. Gusto niya talaga mamatay yun dalawa. Isa pa, after shooting no signs of remorse talaga. Palusot lang yan. He’s fully aware of what he’s doing. Kasi kung temporary insanity pala, that means he is not fit to work as a police. Kung ganyan pala heat of the moment, ndi niya ma control emotions niya so papano kapag may confrontation maganap during work? So baril baril na lang dahil “heat of the moment”

      Delete
  6. Imagine if there was no video evidence.

    1. Universal ata yan kasi meron din ganyan plea sa US eh.

      Delete
Ano kaya palusot nila dyan

      Delete
  8. Hmmm, that’s a common palusot tactic by their lawyers.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Aral aral po pag may time mga taartits. That's HIS plea. Okay.

    1. So you’re saying gusto pa nya lumusot? It’s his right kaya nga tinanong pa sya.

But didnt he say he was sorry, bat kelangan nya pahabain ang proseso. Mas gagaan pa ang parusa nya.

Ang nagsisisi, sorry about what he had done willing to take the consequences. Ito lalaban pa hanggang sa huli.

      Delete
    2. aral aral din kapag may time hinde lahat ng suspect nagpinplead ng not guilty yung iba may konsensya, ibang tao talaga maka react lang

      Delete
    3. Kung may konsensya sya he will plead guilty just to end the case and give immediate justice to the family

      Delete
    4. 2:14 gurl, hndi kaba naturuan ng Good moral conduct or wla k bang konsensya?? Kasi Nuezca, have 2 cases before this and he never learn from it. Pang pyscho level n nga yta si Nuezca eh, since wla sya ng konsensya.

Pieces of evidence po.

      Delete
    7. Eh kung family mo kaya ang binaril sa harap mo at yan ang plea nya would you still say the same?

      Delete

And whether we like it or not, right niyang magplead ng not guilty.

      Delete
    10. 2:14 ikaw yata ang kailangan mag aral dyan. How insensitive, ignorant, and inhumane your comment is. Nakathree n sya which dapat una pa lng, kinulong n sya but since napaka unfair ng justice system, ilang beses n sya napapawalang sala and nakakabalik p s serbisyo. Minsan naman magpakatao k noh?

      Delete

    1. Obvious nman n script lng niya yun. Nakadalawa n sya before this and nakakalaya p sya withoit any issue, so sanay n sya s pagpatay.

  11. Not guilty ang plea para magka-trial. Tapos malamang mas mabigat ang sentensya.

    ReplyDelete
Only in the phils!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Plea nya yan. Right nya yan. Ang importante is ang verdict.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  15. Ito yung kaso na viral ang ebidensiya at ibat-ibang anggulo pa ng video, pero sabi ng PNP hindi daw pwede gamitin ang video as an evidence. Wow, eh wow!

    ReplyDelete
  16. San planeta or a parallel universe sya not guilty?? We all know you are GUILTY in any way shape or form.

    1. magkaiba kc ang factors na tinitignan sa murder at homicide. mahirap iprove na pinagplanuhan nyang patayin from d very beginning. ang habol nila mababang sentence at mas pasok ang kaso nya sa homicide.

      Delete

      Delete
    3. 2:35 hndi p b sapat n may plano tlaga sya patayin ang mag ina? Nagdala nga sya ng baril and taga video (his daughter) eh.

      Delete
    4. 2:40, sa maling paraan ba nakuha yung video? May mala-wire tapping bang naganap? Lol.

      Delete
  19. Aksidenteng napindot lang daw gatilyo ng baril e nagkataon nandun yung mag ina, malas sila tinamaan..ganern!! 😁✌

  20. maraming factors para maprove na murder. murder is premedidated. pinagplanuhan at may kinontsaba to kill them intentionally. sa kaso nya baka ilalaban ang homicide. di porke nag hain ng not guilty plea e iwas asunto sya. may chance tlgng d mahatulan yan ng murder. mas malaki ang chance lalo may evidence sa homicide case. search po muna difference ng homicide vs murder para malaman ninyo why ganun ang plea na inadvise sa kanya.

    ReplyDelete

    1. binaril nya sa ulo yung mga biktima not once but twice. so, may intention talaga na patayin yung mag-ina. paanong homicide yun?

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  22. Pilipinas, kamusta ang mga leader mo? Kapulisan, pinagtatakpan padin ang baho nyo? Where is justice?
Kapag mahirap ka, guilty agad ang hatol. Eto, dahil PNP ang involve, wala lang?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  24. Sana double life sentence to or death penalty.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Correct me if I'm wrong. Btw, I hate this mutherfker. Eh in his mind he is not guilty. Gusto pa niya pahabain ang kaso. So...

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. di naman po. may mga cases na if un lang tlg ung asunto e may mga nagpeplead na ng guilty tapus hahabol sila sa good conduct for lowering the sentence. usually for reclusion perpetua cases, not guilty tlg mga plea nila para makacounter file pa sila ng mga reclusion mayor to that effect

      Delete
  26. 90% of the time, if not more, not guilty talaga ang plea ng respondent. It's not because he's denying the crime, gusto lang nyan ng lesser charge, mas mababang hatol.
