Nope not the credit card provider, it was Foodpanda! ganyan din nangyaru sa akin, worth 3500 php ang inorder from foodpanda, Credit card company eh willing sila refund as long as foodpanda cooperates. But foodpanda don'r want to help. dami na din same case sa akin.

Matitrace ba ni Food Panda kung saan nadeliver yung order that used his card? Kasi dapat red-flag na to both sa food panda and sa card company kung ganito kalaki yung transactions just for food.
I hope de authorities will act on this pronto. Even atm cards please..
