Insensitivity pa rin kahit pandemic. Mga TH alta ang mga guests. The usual bunch makikita mo sa parties before.

  11. The audacity of Tim Yap to use local tourism as an excuse for the insensitivity and callousness. Baguio don't need your party to promote them and/or their tourism as Baguio is already known vacation spot. They would never be called "Summer capital of the Philippines" for nothing. So no one would buy your sh*t excuse.

Gosh!! Tim Yap and Raymond Guttierez are one of the perfect example on how the privileged people never understand how hard this pandemic is to the rest of the world.

  14. Mr Eventologist, people arent worried for you or your friends who attended your party. People are mad that you had the audacity to throw a party while we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Furthermore, youre just adding insult to injury by masquerading that it was all done for tourism and not your obvious need for attention.

    ReplyDelete
  15. how can you promote tourism at the time of pandemic and when there are travel ban in place? sorry but i'm not buying this excuse. people need to stay home unless you are to travel for necessities. partying is not a necessity. it's a blatant disregard to the ordinance.

  43. As for weddings, events may be held as long the guests are only at 50% of the venue's capacity. Is it the same with parties? What is DOT's policy on tourism? I'm confused.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes agree. Para sa kaalaman ng lahat pwede na po magevents ngayon as long as 50% venue capacity as per DOT and guests are observing minimum safety protocols. Hindi po totoo na hindi pa din pwede mass gatherings dahil mgcq na ang ibang lugar. Yung limited to 10 persons is kapag mecq lang. Ngayon discretion na lang ng tao kung ayaw mo magpaevent or dumalo sa event. Pero hindi na po bawal. Technically, hindi ilegal yung event nila as long as they follow the protocols issued by DOT.

Then makikita mo mga ganitong post ng mga so called influncers, artista. Nakaka dismaya.

  57. ARTICLE 25. Thoughtless extravagance in expenses for pleasure or display during a period of acute public want or emergency may be stopped by order of the courts at the instance of any government or private charitable institution.

It is important to remember the rationale of the above Civil Code provision — a thoughtless display that “may unwittingly kindle the flame of unrest in the hearts of the poor who thereby become more keenly conscious of their privation and poverty and who may rise against the obvious inequality” (Tolentino, I Civil Code of the Philippines [1990], p. 91). In other words, be mindful of the things you post on social media.
