if I have the means, I will do the same. it will help your own personality, to be more open-minded, explore different culture, being independent and be normal.
Hahaha, affected diba, but seriously as long as happy at mabuti nman silang tao, ano nman kung liberated or not? 🙄
mayaman ang mga muhlach at magaling maghawak ng pera ang mga magulang ni aga (at magulang ng pinsan nyang si nino). they invested their monies in properties and other businesses kaya kahit hindi magtrabaho sina aga kakain pa rin sila. and charlene's family are into so many businesses, as well. ang maganda kina aga and charlene, they had a privileged life growing up, pero hindi waldas.
True! Madami na din silang investments at businesses kaya kahit walang showbiz projects kering keri magpa aral abroad. Sa jollibee pa lang baka stockholders na sila at may franchises pa.
My child is not even 1 year old yet pero pinagiipunan na namin Oxford education nya. I know right ambisyosa but we believe in excellent education- and no it’s just merely the name of uni or being part of Ivy League. It’s the experience they will gain and the connections they will make.
Thats a great plan! And no its not being ambisyosa. We all want whats best for our children/future children:) I dont have kids yet haha but Im killing myself in med school right now also because I want my kids to have a great future someday. Cheers to you and your husband 👍👍
I'm late in the game, 14 na anak ko pero the last 5 years ko pa lang pinag ipunan. Single mom ako, pero kinaya naman, aside from sending money back home. Ang problema eh mahal tuition dito sa US. jusko!
1:14 connections, yan pinaka importante in the real world. Madami matalino, madami rin naman from good schools but without connection wala talaga unless you’re the one of the best in your field
I don’t agree 2:40. I don’t have a diploma but I’m an account manager here in UK in a software company. I started from the bottom. Highschool lang tinapos ko sa pinas. Nasa abilidad mo yan matuto pag may opportunity na dumating sayo
5:46 what worked for you doesn't mean will work for everyone else. you are not the measurement of all experiences and life's way. I have a diploma and I own a company because of my degree and what I learned. So? Kanya Anya lang iyan. I also do not agree with you.
5:53 lets and nega mo eh sa grammar mo pa lang kahit sa sagigilid eh di ka papaja. oxford is not Ivy League dahil wala sa US, pero 'vy league' sya na mattering given na sa UK eh top university say. at bakit naan di papas and bata? kung ngayon pa lang pinaghahandaan na, nurturing the child, eh was Malaki chance nay. preparation can be a key.
Trooott. Pinaghhandaan talaga yan. Kaya ibayong german language din ako para masabayan ko siya to work as a nurse
I agree na tama naman pinag iipunan ang pag aaral ng bata so when time comes, you can provide the best education out there. Siguro aside from saving for kids educ we start to cultivate them to become good members of society. I believe aga and charlene raised their kids well that they are reaping it right now.
And tama din si anon 5:46 kelangan din matinding diskarte para sa magandang kinabukasan and we need to teach our kids how to strategize in life.
5:53 Oxford is always in the top 3 of the THE World University Ranking, higher than any Ivy League school, for years and is one of the oldest universities in the world. Go beyond America and Hollywood, please.
Depends where you are. Most commonwealth countries don't need an Oxford or Ivy League degree. The world is changing, dear. It's about skillset, experience and attitude.
nice one, baks! goodl uck! kami naman yung only child ng kapatid ko pinagbuksan nila ng bank account nung wala pang 1yo. xmas at bday gifts na cash dun nilalagay. pang med school sana or any stem course or kahit alin sa top 4 unis natin. 5yo na sya ngayon. hihi.
Yes... You have to send them in an IB school from childhood pra maganda ang educational foundation.
So no, Oxford ay hindi Ivy League dahil nasa Russell Group sya. Hindi lang sya good school, one of the best schools in the world. Actually currently top 1 best university accdg to Times Higher Education list.
@5:46,good for you. But that's not the case NOW. Kung ano meron in the 90s or early 2000s is ndi ibig sabihin applicable pa din in 2020s. Lahat nagbabago and lahat nagiimprove. Let it be. If ikaw okay na sa HS diploma then it is fine. But don't compare.
So? It's their life to live. What if they discovered na acting is their passion after their studies? Rowan Atkinson aka Mr. Bean nag Masters in Engg pa. Natalie Portman is a Harvard graduate.
Char!
You dont really send these kids abroad just for the course though, a huge part of it is making themselves marketable worldwide and the network.
Also, what’s “irrelevant” here in the philippines isnt necessarily irrelevant in other countries. Like for example, everyone says KC’s degree is pang ladies-who-lunch lang, but ultimately it’s a communications degree that you can use in PR and advertising.
I have to agree. Its refreshing to see that Andres and Atasha who are both perfectly good looking are not into showbiz/limelight. I also love that they're low key, Andres graduated from Brent and Atasha from BSM and just do their thing in private. I hope they'll be successful in whatever field they want to be in and never try showbiz, just endorsements maybe?
If may mali, typo lang yan kasi minsan nag auto correct ang phone. But I’m sure mas matalino pa sa yo si charlene at magaling sa formal writing. Your comment shows how feelingera you are. Akala mo ikauunlad ng Pilipinas if you compose and write perfect English 🙄
Ang toxic na talaga ng mundo ngayon. When I write emails I proofread a few times before I send them. But sa ig siguro pwede na natin palampasin mga minor grammatical errors kung meron man.
filipinos and their fascination with celebrities and celebrities in the philippines who always tend to overshare. you dont hear hollywood celebrities openly talk about their kids' lives. hilig talaga tayong mag humble brag. FACT.
filipinos and their fascination with celebrities and celebrities in the philippines who always tend to overshare. you dont hear hollywood celebrities openly talk about their kids' lives. hilig talaga tayong mag humble brag. FACT.
Grabe naman humble brag agad. Eh hindi nga sila mapost about sa anak nila. Saka first time malalayo anak niya so siyempre magiging emotional sila mag asawa.
9:17pm Most probably Andres really wanted to study abroad esp. in the U.S., UK and other top universities just like his friends/schoolmates but there are credentials constraints. Guys, let us not be fooled by these celebrities fame, beauty and status. They too have problems with their own children that they cannot and will never share in social media. Dont believe everything they say. Most of the time they're sugarcoating.
I hope these two eventually work abroad and don't dabble with showbiz. Ok na yung mag model for commercials. Notice how KC lost her appeal when she tried to fit in. Nawala yung quiet mystery and people got disappointed.
They are giving their kids the best education their money could offer and the opportunity to explore the world outside their sheltered life here sa Pinas. Living away from home during my college years has taught me so many lessons in life. Kaya I really don't get all the negative comments.
Char.
DeleteHahahahahaha kaloka ka beks! Hahahaha
DeleteMaganda ba education sa Spain? Buti hindi States?
DeleteGanito ang pagpaplano ng pamilya.....
ReplyDeleteMaganda/pogi + mabait + smart. You raised them well, Charlene. Give credits to yourself as well.
Migash.
ReplyDeleteI hope the dont end up exxageratingly liberated after staying abroad for years.
DeleteI hope they do. Cuz its none of your business
DeleteSo?
DeleteSana, because these kids seem to be humble and disciplined.
DeleteWala namang masama sa pagiging liberated as long as they know how to respect other people and wala silang ibang natatapakan.
Deleteif I have the means, I will do the same. it will help your own personality, to be more open-minded, explore different culture, being independent and be normal.
DeleteWalang masama sa pagiging liberated as long as wala kang tinatapakan.
DeleteNakailang franchise na yata yan ng Jollibee and I've never seen a branch not doing well. Their clan also invested in real estate early on.
DeleteMay be his father invested his money wisely..
Deletemayaman ang mga muhlach at magaling maghawak ng pera ang mga magulang ni aga (at magulang ng pinsan nyang si nino). they invested their monies in properties and other businesses kaya kahit hindi magtrabaho sina aga kakain pa rin sila. and charlene's family are into so many businesses, as well. ang maganda kina aga and charlene, they had a privileged life growing up, pero hindi waldas.

DeleteAga and Richard Gomez are both very wealthy, I wonder.
Delete9:55 I can see why with Aga.
ReplyDeleteIt will be a very good experience for them. Sana all may means to send their children abroad.
ReplyDeleteNapaka gwapo ni Andres. Mygulay.

ReplyDeleteLike ko talaga twins na to very lowlife lang at humble. Proud parents sina aga and charlene
ReplyDeleteBaka lowkey ibig mong sabihin besh hehehe

ReplyDeleteYun Atasha hawig nya is the young Lorna Tolentino. Classic beauty.
DeleteAndres is even more gwapo than his dad. Matangkad at sporty pa. He looks like a young Ilac Diaz.
ReplyDeleteI would understand if Andres will study in Germany or UK, but Spain??? Por que Espanya? Ano meron dun? Kung ako papiliin aral ako sa Berlin.
ReplyDeleteDual citizen sila.
