SO you're asking if TC Candler is credible? Just google his most favorite girl, the only girl he put on the top spot twice in a row named Nana and also that super plain looking kpop idol who topped his list last year named Tzuyu and it'll tell you it has ZERO credibility.
Kung supermodels like Naomi, Giselle, Adriana, etc., and fashion designers and fashion magazine editors ang pumili, the list will be legit. Eh internet voting lang pala, so not credible 👎
