1:00 wow, really? Do you need to say "start working"? Okay lng kung iaadvise n dont use SNS since toxic tlga ito. But to say start working despite having PPD? Gosh
I have PPD and had to be on leave because of it. During pandemic, social media has been my outlet, creative photos, following diy tutorials, connecting with family and expressing myself. You do not have the right to tell people how to heal.
May kapitbahay kaming naaning ang utak after manganak. Sabi ng mga matatanda nabinat daw kasi. It was obvious she was suffering from PPD.
Meron yan khit mahirap.
After ilang days, na-hospital. Na-stroke dahil nagkablood clot sa brain. Kinalaunan, namatay rin.
Lol.
Please start working ..getting addicted to social media wont bring you anything.
