If I understand my property law correctly, wala nang actionable cause si Radiant (in rel to the ring/design issue). Kasi fully paid naman ni Luis yung ring, not sponsored. He can do what he wants with it kasi sa kanya niya yun, no need to credit chuchu.

So jessie and this friend met somewhere and this friend supposedly took out the box and showed Jessie the ring. Jessie was wondering why and what this friend's motive was in showing her the ring knowing that Luis and her were not ok.

There is more to the story. Who knows kung sino nagsasabi ng totoo. I understand Radiant Jeweler... design nila yun eh. As a jeweler, masakit talaga na ung pinaghirapan mo ipapagawa mo sa iba..yung design mo, iba ang gagawa.. Sa paggawa ng engagement ring, may process yan eh. First starts with the creation, sometimes sketch pa namin kung anong design gusto nila..after nun,find the components (the ring mount...the head.. Minsan from scratch tlga, from wax..then cast into gold or platinum.. Tapos sa paghanap ng diamond...ndi basta basta na diamond, it has to have the 4Cs.. Matagalan na process.. Tapos in the end malalaman mo na yung pinaghirapan mo.. Wala lang.
Kung bayad naman na.. discretion nila un to give credit or not.. That's it! dapat wala na rin kc post in the first place kc wala na sila don. Nakakasira ng moment .. just be respectful . Hahaba na naman.. shut up na. You better talk to them in private if di pa rin kayo satistied
