This lingo is pretty common too with the black lingo. " Ain't goin' nowhere" is sometimes a phrase I'm guilty of. I double negate out of frustration.

Here in the US, failure to appear in court for a subpoena can be punishable in contempt by a judge or there are monetary sanctions and in extreme cases, imprisonment for up to 6 months. In the Philippines, it is so common to not appear when subpoenaed . Is there a punishment for these offenders?
