Good on her, pero i applaud those celebs who embrace their postpartum bodies which most moms can relate to, not saying its a bad thing to prioritize getting back in shape but not everyone has the time in the world. But kudos to her since she’s known to be very active before getting preggers
Good for her But not all women who gave birth, even active pre and during pregnancy, can workout immediately. It is actually not advised to work out immediately. No matter how active you are there is such a thing as PELVIC PROLAPSE that can happen after giving birth, many women suffer in silence and many women are under pressure to get back to working out immediately to go back to prepregnancy weight or even less because of celebrities and other influencers showing all these pics. I hope they also put that you should workout as your body tells you and always consult your doctor and IT DOESNT MAKE YOU LESS OF A SUPER MAMA IF YOU DONT HAVE ABS LIKE MINE disclaimers. Her post may want to encourage other women to exercise and bounce back immediately but Pelvic prolapse is real mommies!!! please listen to your body!
1:14 am, i couldnt agree more! I tried to bounce back myself even tried to do bengkung belly wrap and it was too tough on my pelvis. Finally decided to let time heal, thank God i lost the weight eventually!
Malaki pa din naman cya. Na dala lang yan ng angle at leggings. No hate. Alam ko lng kc ganyan ako. Haha pero thankfully at 5 mos postpartum balik na pre preggy body ko. Light workout lang at breastfeeding.
Kung lola ni Coleen ang lola ko mapapagalitan siya. Kahit gawain sa bahay ayaw ng lola ko kumilos ang kapatid ko nung kakaanak lang. Mag heal muna ang body mo tapos pwede ka nang mag excecise. Mukhang mga core workouts ang ginagawa ni Coleen
She actually looks toned. Hayaan na muna nyang magheal ang body nya. Kunting diet lang papayat na yan sya. Sa ngayon kasi baka mabinat sya at maski pa anong exercise nya mukha pa rin syang malaki. Madali lang magpapayat kasi isa pa nman ang anak. Chos! Maka advice diba kala mo doktor. 🤣
O sya. Ako nga di pa man nagkaka-anak eh mukhang nanganak na ng tatlo.
